The staff was very friendly and professional. The facilities are secure and clean. Only issue I had was on unit rental. I tried to reserve a 5x5 unit, but they were out. The rep I talked to asked if a lower ceiling unit would work, that they had one that was approximately 25sq ft, I said it would and rented the unit. On arrival the unit was closer to 5x3x3.5 which was quite smaller than expected.

I put my things in this storage at the end of June and paid for climate control. Well at least I thought I was getting climate controlled...fast forward to the end of August...I’m moving out of the unit and my… things have mildew on them. I immediately called the office but no one answered so I left a message and I received a call back. I let the lady on the phone know that I have mildew on my daughter’s mattress and on my chair...I was told it was nothing that they could do because all though I paid for a climate controlled unit that building was climate controlled not the unit
