Before starting SERVPRO of Northeast Wichita Patrick Butler like many Wichitans, worked in aircraft moving between multiple different companies. After leaving aircraft Patrick started a handyman business and eventually decided to start the SERVPRO Franchise which opened its doors in 2001 and has continued to this day.

Our water heater leaked water all over the downstairs. We replaced the water heater and Servpro came over immediately on a Friday afternoon. They removed the carpet and set up humidifiers and fans for the next 4 days. Over the weekend they came to inspect the problem areas and finished up a few days later. We wanted to thank Patrick, Chris, Travis, Devon and Angel for all their hard work in getting the job done. Problem solved through knowledge of what had to be done and excellent service.

We had a vacant building which apparently wasn't being checked on enough because we found it full of water and mold. I called servpro and they were able to take control from there. Walked me through taking care of all the water and mold issues the building had and connected me with other contractors to work with as well. Really worked out well I really appreciate all the work!

Our basement recently flooded in the middle of the night and within an hour Michael Butler was at our house and cleanup began. They are professional and definitely would use them again. We had a wonderful experience. Just hope we don’t have to call again!
