I simply can't say enough good things about Marc Schryer of Schryer's Tile, Grout & Carpet Restoration! He was on time, explained the process and got right to work. We live in Norco, Ca and if you know the area, you know how much dirt can blow into a home over a few years time. Marc was able to get all of my carpet, tile and (DIRTY) grout back to looking brand new.
I was shocked at how dirty my tile had gotten. Marc was also extremely pet friendly and became best friends with our cat. Marc was great! I actually did my research with some other grout cleaners here in Orange County and he was very reasonable. What caught my attention the most was his professionalism and transparency over the phone.
Up to the days leading up to my clean, he was great at communication and I appreciated him coming all the way to Orange County since I know it's an area he typically doesn't travel to. I highly recommend going with this company to have your carpet and tile cleaned. We ended up calling him and explaining that we had a short window for him to come and clean our entire home before we put it up for sale.

Marc cleaned all the grout in my house. I now have a new floor - it’s beautiful. He is very efficient and thoroughly. Left it spotless. Very friendly. I’ve used him before and am now arranging for him to clean my carpets. You can’t go wrong with him.

Great job cleaning very dirty tile floor in the house we recently purchased. I had tried to clean some of the grout myself, not worth the time and effort given the results. These guys got it much cleaner than I could in a fraction of the time, and left is with some great tips for future maintenance. We went with the option to put sealer on the tile, and now it looks cleaner for longer, no more obvious footprints from our dogs etc. Couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Marc and Zachary were punctual, professional, and pleasant. Our tile floor looks so much better than it did! It was new 20 years ago and this was the first time we had it professionally cleaned. It's amazing what a difference! We won't wait 20 years to do it again. Highly recommend Schryer's services.

Rarely leave reviews for a business unless they really deserve it. So let me tell you first about my experience with Stanley steamers prior to contacting Marc. On Stanley steamers website it clearly shows their demonstration process of how they clean tile and grout. So the video is about a minute and half showing a technician with a circular motion… machine cleaning the tile. Also I asked the representative over the phone about the process I saw on their website . They clearly said this would be the process . So I set the appointment up and they gave us a demonstration prior to the work

I recommended Schryers Tile and Grout to a friend who was preparing to sell her home. She had forgotten how beautiful her floors were until Marc finished working on the whole house. Her carpets were also brought back to pristine condition. Before Marc left, she said "Now I remember why I bought these tiles and the carpeting!" It really did look… amazing. Makes you want to look at your own floors and give thought to how much traffic it went through, how many spills landed on the grout and how much dust has settled into your carpets and furniture. He is the best out there.

Found Marc just browsing the Internet and called him right away and met with him that day..... We then planned a date to clean my tile, grout, and carpet in my house and did beyond excellent job could not believe the results!!! His personality, kindness and compassion for his business shined right away!!! thumbs up!!!
