Called yesterday for a repair on my side by side refrigerator/freezer. They said they wouldnt be able to make it out until tomorrow after their 930 appointment. I called at 1030 this morning and they said we having some problems but would call me when finished. It is now almost 245 and have not received any call or update. Luckily, another company was able to come out and is in the process or doing my repair now.
