Had the Portland office install a gate and opener. All went well with the install except they forgot post caps. I requested these and they came and simply set them on top of the posts which was disappointing.
Had some issues with rust, and some further communication issues as apparently they have shut down the Portland operation due to vendor quality concerns. Eventually, we were able to work out a vendor to take the gate, do some reinforcement work and repaint. Said it would take 3 weeks and had it back in half that time. It’s clear the gate was nicely painted, reinforced around the arm attachment

It turns out that it is challenging finding someone who deals with electric gates in the south sound. When I first called this company, it felt a little strange to give the person my contact info right off the bat and then be told a technician would call me. I waited about 15 minutes and was indeed contacted by a very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable individual. I look forward to getting the pricing I asked for and maybe working with this company! I wanted to install a new electric gate but it was tough for me to go out in the market and look for the one. Then I searched online and glad I found this company. My neighbor and I decided to install an automatic gate for our shared driveway. We got quotes from a few other companies, but Evergreen seemed to be the only one that truly specializes in electric gates.
Neither of us knew much at all about automatic gates, but Dean did a great job explaining our options and helping us decide on the best one for our situation. We went with a solar-powered setup to avoid any hardwiring, and so far the gate is working according to plan.

The electric gate of my store was giving me a lot of trouble because it stopped closing all of the sudden. Since I am not an expert I had no idea what was wrong with it. After finding this company online, I hired them and they did a commendable job. They were very nice to me the whole time and did a fantastic job in a very short time.
