I had an appointment for Gary to come on a Tuesday at 8a. The previous week he had looked at the work, determined a price, and I agreed. At 8:45a he TEXTED that he had an emergency and couldn't come. Ok, that happens. Would have been better to text before 8a. We re-set for Wednesday. He chose 10a. No show, no call, no text. Did not return my calls. At 7:45p he texts that he had been "out of commission" Wednesday. He still doesn't return my calls. Says he is having phone trouble. So we re-set for Monday 10a. No show, no call, no text. Finally at 10:45a he texts that his helper is sick. Won't call

This plumber was recommended to us BUT after charging $325 JUST TO DIG A HOLE where the water line comes out of the home (to see if leaking there)...we won't be using his services in the future. He did not find the leak, did not check the water meter at the street to see if that was the issue...but he can dig an expensive hole. My husband found the problem himself.
