Our 16 Yard dumpsters are the perfect size for smaller jobs. Renovations and smaller building projects, or trash haul off, these dumpsters don't take up all of your driveway! Batteries are acceptable, please place in front of dumpster and we will haul away for you. For mattresses, there is a $50 per mattress extra charge due to increased landfill fees for those items.
What are the unacceptable materials items for roll-off containers? Material must be level at the top of the container; nothing can be sticking out of the top. Additional requirements may apply based upon locality. Liability for appropriate waste remains with the customer as agreed to in the terms and conditions.

Services
I, (customer requesting service) agree to the following terms and conditions for rental of described services. THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $200 FEE FOR DEBRIS THAT IS OVER THE SIDE RAILS OF THE DUMPSTER. 1. Customer agrees to pay $329 (base fee) for one 16 yard container, 1 drop off and 1 pickup which includes up to 2 tons of materials as well as any overages included due to overloading or additional days requested by the customer.
