We had water intrusion coming through our siding into our second level sunroom, the water also went straight down to the first level as well causing mold in our home. Andy did a spectacular job making sure all the affected areas were removed while updating us during the process. He was very thorough, communicative and friendly all while doing the dirty work. Would highly recommend using Revive if you have a mold issue in your home.

Steven and Ethan came to the rescue when our washing machine flooded the laundry room and basement below. They came in and quickly assessed the situation, took over and cleaned up. Their quick work helped keep damage to drywall and flooring minimal. Jimmy came a few days later and checked for moisture and removed the drying equipment. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful. We highly recommend them!

Had a leak in our upstairs bathroom which resulted in water coming thru the ceiling of our lower bathroom. Revive was out immediately, drying out our ceiling and walls. During this process black mold was found and they immediately remediated the problem. Then quickly restored our bathroom with new drywall and paint. All employees were very polite, friendly and great workers, especially John, Andy and Pavlino. I also had many conversations with josh and Denise. Great people to work with!

After our basement flooded we had mold in our walls and floor (in our finished basement.) These folks arrived to clean everything up. Andy, Paulino and Gracie were all so professional, efficient and did a fantastic job. The thing that made this trio stand out, however, was their cheerfulness and kindness. Despite the dirty job, they were so friendly with big smiles, and put a smile on my face too. Andy answered all questions and was so patient (and nice!) despite our grumpiness. Thanks guys!

I have pets (both a cat and a dog) and the previous owners had dogs, and they all made the basement carpet a disaster!! I had Revive Restoration come in, rip out the carpet, clean and then seal the cement floor. Jimmy and Shane were quick, efficient, and pleasant. The smell is now completely GONE in the basement, and it's a place I can comfortably spend time in again. I felt that what Revive Restoration charged for this work was very reasonable and well worth it. I now have my basement back again!!!

I liked that they were quick to respond. Everyone from project manager Riley, to their work crew was great at communicating progress of work. They were courteous, respectful and hard working. Our project included some carpentry, drywall repair and painting and was completed in a timely manner. Job well done guys!

My insurance agent recommended Revive, and I'm glad I listened. They were quickly on the scene and I had folks cleaning in my basement the next morning after a flood. They were respectful of my space and things - really making me feel like I was taken care of in a bad time (a water main break in my building and subsequent flooding). They provided great communication and advice on how to handle the situation - even working with my condo association/insurance to facilitate the business end of this all. Thanks Alex and Sheila and everyone else who worked on my condo.

These guys were speedy! We contacted them for a mold-clean-up job and they were on it within a matter of days. The team that came out to the building was prompt and polite, communicating well about what was going on and what they were seeing & doing. It's hard to know what's going on when you've got people doing work in hard-to-get to areas (i.e., attics) so it helps when they come across as competent and trustworthy, as they did. While we were on a vacation, our ice maker decided to break. I gave Aquire Restoration a call right away Monday morning, and they had a team at our house within a few hours to begin drying out our floors and walls. Throughout the entire process they informed me what they were doing and how long the process would take. I've never had this happen to me before, but I can't imagine any other restoration company doing it any better than what Aquire did. 5 stars all the way!

I had Chem-Dry/Aquire clean my air ducts and dryer vent. I was very impressed by the work done by Cody and Nate!! My house is three levels, 2700 square feet, and one air duct goes through the garage with… insulated flex pipe to a bonus room and they were able to clean everything!! They were very professional, knowledgeable and explained what exactly they were going to do before and after the job. Once they were completed they completed a walk through showing what they did and to make sure that all was perfect, which it was!

Nothing but good things to say about this company and especially Jess! We had a flooded basement, and Jess provided a solution for the clean up that was thorough and fair. His customer service was nothing short of excellent, coming to our house after hours and even the next day on Father's Day! Truly a wonderful man to work with. Will definitely be recommending this company to everyone.
