We have used Pavers by Design for two very large projects, so we are a repeat customer. Vance and his crew have been terrific to work with both times. From the original quote to the spectacular clean up after the project, Vance is extremely professional and very customer focused. For our latest project, we got quotes from three companies and Vance's prices were very reasonable and right in the middle of the bunch. Vance does a great job with scheduling and keeping you informed regarding weather or material delays. In addition to all that, their design and craftsmanship is fantastic!

When we decided to redo our patio we got 3 quotes. Vance at Pavers by Design was middle of the 3 but just slightly over the lowest. We decided to pay the extra because his design and professionalism were exceptional. My husband and I have joked since that we wish Vance could do all our updates. His team was patient with our questions, always put in full days (with all the work we have done we have seen this isn’t always the case), and made our patio amazing. It is seriously better than expected. We are so grateful we came across Vance and his team and so thankful for their beautiful work.

We were referred to Pavers By Design and we couldn’t have been more impressed. Vance was extremely helpful in the designing of our patio. He was able to find ways to help save on our project by going over top of our existing concrete patio. He was extremely professional to work with. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and finished our project in a quick time frame. When the project was finished, they pressure washed and cleaned our driveway. Really went above and beyond. We highly recommend them.

Outstanding design work, professional in all respects. We had them do a patio in the back; that turned out so well we asked them to overhaul our front entrance. Their advice prevented us from having a future problem that a competing company didn't even recognize. We could neither be more pleased, nor more thankful, that they were willing to work with us.
