A storage facility with heart. One does not typically think their storage unit is going to be the business that sets the bar in customer service. Rick knocks it out of the park year after year. Every time I'm there, I'm greeted with a smile and wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend Top Shelf Storage. Exceptional!

We have always used Top Shelf Storage for our storage unit needs. It's conveniently located, is always super clean, the manager Rick is awesome. We left our unit unlocked by mistake one day and received a text within an hour notifying us of this. Top quality place if you're in need of a storage unit company. Would recommend to anyone.

I’ve been renting here for over a year now & have no plans to vacate. Here is a list of the pros:
Very clean. I’m a clean freak and this place passes with all A’s
Lighting inside and outside is good. They even recommended a portable light fixture to use inside my unit (I borrowed there’s at the office) it worked so well I purchased two.
Prices are reasonable.
Management is awesome, helpful, kind true customer service.
Access to my unit is seamless..
I feel safe entering anytime or day.
If your looking for a storage rental this is the place.. don’t waste your time looking anywhere

Super friendly and helpful staff! I appreciate the ease of accessing our unit at anytime, while still feeling that everything is secure. There is always a cart near the door to help move things in and out of storage, which is helpful since we use it for rotating out equipment and props for our classes.

My wife and I have been super pleased with the services Top Shelf has offered to us. Rick has been 1000% helpful and attentive to all our needs. Not only has his customer service and hospitality kept our business but the facility is absolutely top notch. Top Shelf is not like any other storage facility we have ever been to. I’ve had a work unit here for a couple years and now a personal unit for a couple years. Highly recommend. Staff are always there when you need them, accommodating to larger vehicle types and sizes needing access, safe and secure property, I never have any issues. I’ll be a continued customer as long as I need the storage!

I would say this is a first class operation. You never really know what the people and facilities are like at storage places but this place is run very well with good helpful staff and nice clean units. The manager was very helpful and accommodating when I had big trucks and moving people working to load and unload all my items. If you have things to store, I would highly recommend them.

I've never received good customer service at a self storage facility. It's always been a blasé experience. But, having never received good customer service at a self storage place, I didn't know I was missing anything. It was always just a space to put my stuff.
Now that I've been to Top Shelf, I've seen the light!!! Rick and Lee were PHENOMENAL. In every sense of the word. My wife and I were blown away. Rick and Lee were amazing. So accommodating and helpful. Unreal attentiveness. These guys treated us like royalty, offering to help us unload and carry the heavy items
