Called a few other local businesses only to find out they don't do residential, found foothill fire protection on and Terry got me a technician at my house in half an hour. Head was replaced and got my house water on right away, quick fix and happy wife, can't beat that.

Immature and unacceptable behavior of their technicians. They caused a leak in my home and when they had to return to fix it, they would not stop swearing and making inappropriate comments. This was within ear shot of my 7-year-old. I am also going to reach out to the Better Business Bureau to make a formal complaint because my computer recorded them.

There isn't a company that has lazier workers. They horseplay all day and destroy more things than they fix. They have causes a half a dozen leaks at our property within only two weeks. They also refuse to cooperate with property staff. Their worst employee is named John, he is the biggest attention seeker, and has started fights with every one of our staff members. Not sure how this place stays in business.

Dropped by here for service on fire extinguishers for my boat (as required by coast guard). Location is pretty handy for me, service was good, price was decent. I'm a happy camper!

Foothill Fire did the sprinklers at a 5,000 SF nail salon job and is a great company to work with. Fast, friendly, service oriented, good workmanship and very fair prices.
John Wilson was wonderful from the first step of getting the estimate to the end of the job. Tommy is a great project manager to work with and stayed on top of the job from start to finish.
I got bids from 6 other companies for this build out and will always go to Foothill Fire from now on.

Foothill Fire Protection is amazing! We had a residential sprinkler that was leaking-- of course this happened at 10PM on a Friday night. We called Foothill on Saturday morning and within 15 minutes received a call from TJ. He was at our house within an hour and the repair was done within 2 hours. TJ was polite, professional, courteous and explained each step along the way. Save yourself time, call Foothill 1st.

They were great about the whole process when I had a leak from one of my fire sprinklers. Derek was assigned to my problem. He was great about accommodating my request for timing and rescheduling when it was needed. He did a clean job, professionally and in a timely manner. They were fair in price with me as well. I do recommend this company.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Today was my move-in date at my newly purchased condo. As the movers were packing up my things to bring over, an electrical fire started at the new home. Needless to say, my move-in did not go as planned and I was devastated. Foothill Fire came out to inspect. Scott came to me and said "you've had a bad day so far. I'm going to try to make it a little easier...no charge for our services". To treat someone you have never met with that kindness is the epitome of caring customer service. I will recommend Foothill Fire Protection to anyone

I work in commercial property management, and let me tell you this: My owner is particular in the vendors we use for our many properties. They have to work hard, follow through, communicate effectively, stay on top of projects and bill fairly. We use Foothill Fire for fire sprinkler protection because they are consistent in all of these attributes. In fact, we have a long-standing working relationship with Foothill Fire, because those attributes have been present for years now.
