Services
Outside Insight begins with an initial meeting, walking our client's yard to understand their goals and desires. Execution of a game plan, which sometimes consists of a conceptual drawing, and then providing a free quote is next. We work with our clients to ensure that the correct styles, colors and textures of their hardscape/softscape elements are chosen.
The crew worked hard and were polite. They did their best to make sure everything was the way I wanted it. I have someone in a wheelchair so wanted to be pay extra attention to making the area very accessible. The yard looks fantastic and will be a wonderful place to relax and enjoy when when the weather is nice.

Today workers from Outside Insight came out to complete a job. Our downspout goes into a pipe underground and it was no good. We decided to replace the pipe. Scott communicated effectively with me regarding the job, quote, and even helped with general lawn care advice. He let me know when the workers would be arriving this morning. They arrived and got started right away; by the time I got back home (I was running an errand) the new ditch was almost completely dug. They used some kind of tarp to protect the yard where they piled the dirt. They put in the new pipe and covered it up and packed it
