This is the worst company I have dealt with. I signed up with them because the previous home owner had it installed and I did not want to bother to install something else. When I signed up with them, nobody told me explicitly that they have a 5 year contact. The words in their documents are not clear and misleading to make you think that it's a 5 year price guarantee instead of liability. Also nowhere in the document says how much you need to pay if you want to cancel it. Couple months ago, my alarm constantly went off during night and kept us awake. The staff is very attentive to the concerns and needs of the customer.
A security system can be fine tuned to meet anyones expectations. You can even have Electronix respond to an activated alarm instead of the police! The options seemed almost without limit.
I've never been disappointed in any if my dealings with Electronix Systems.
I'll never go anywhere else.
