Hohler Furnace & Sheet Metal is a family owned and operated full-service heating, cooling and sheet metal fabricating company serving both residential and commercial customers in Northern Ohio. Originally founded as the Mertz Manufacturing Company in 1860, the company was purchased by Franklin Hohler in 1929 and became Hohler Furnace & Sheet Metal.

Randy came out in the middle of the night on literally the coldest day of the year to save our skin. We probably were looking at busted pipes if he didn't commit to helping us. I will be eternally grateful he was able to service our older boiler. Their customer service was timely. He was at our door within 20 minutes. We were up and running within a couple of hours.

First visit Fixing the pressure switch needed a part ordered (I have an uncommon furnace). First tech had a short term fix that held till a new tech came back three days later. He recognized another issue that was addressed thoroughly and quickly for a very very reasonable price. This team continues to impress!

Hohler Furnace is confirmed GOATed. Impeccable service, professionalism, and responsiveness.
Our business unit did not have Hohler Furnace install the original HVAC equipment but we hired them for our maintenance and have no regrets. We had a malfunctioning thermostat and Hohler furnace sent a maintenance team out within 2 hours. Along with their punctual service they were able to educate us on the structure of our ventilation and which units heated certain areas to help us more efficiently run the heaters.
Relative to other HVAC companies in the Sandusky area, Hohler Furnace is by far the best

Thank you Troy! He was kind, courteous, and professional and he inspected everything to make sure it was all running properly! He also cleaned out injectors and replaced the ignitor to insure that furnace would start and run efficiently and properly! I've always called Hohler for all my furnace and air-conditioning needs and with technicians like Troy I always will!
