Absolutely the WORST experience. My carpet had an iron burn and I needed it repaired. I called Dial and they quoted $350 for the repair and cleaning. The tech came in and repaired the iron mark and it looks fair. But the closet where he took the patch looks horrendous. I called the owner Don and he proceeded to threaten my family and I, telling us that he had my address (where the repair was made) and he would be there soon to physically hurt me (a woman) and punch another carpet repair man that I called to come fix his mistake! Ridiculous service from the JOKE of an "owner"

The tech Miguel was fabulous and easy to work with. They had to come back and redo my carpet was hard in some areas due to chemical residue! The tile grout had to be redone, was not totally clean.
Don, the dispatcher/owner became angry when I told him that I expect my carpet and tile to be clean. He said and if not, WHAT???? He was so unprofessional with that statement, and had the nerve to send a thank you card with an incorrect name to my address. Will not use this company again!!

I saw the Dial Carpet Cleaning truck outside of our neighbors house so I figured I'd give them a try. The person I texted with was professional and responsive when I reached out, but I have to give three stars because our carpet didn't look much different than before it was cleaned. Also, the job was done at 2:20 pm so we left for several hours with the ac on and our windows open. 5 hours later at 7:30 our carpets were still soaking wet. Some spots were even wet at 6:00 am when we woke up.

I have pets and work long hours, occasionally there's an accident... I've used dial for years for emergency next day appointments, as well as quarterly cleanings... each of their technicians are on time, knowledgeable, and care about my house. I don't think I could ever go anywhere else for servicing. Thank you Don for having such a great team!

I'm giving a lower rating because of the customer service... the cleaning was great and the technician was good at what he does. But the scheduling of the appointment and the pricing was the poor part. We had two rooms cleaned l, a little over priced for what service I got. I was referred and told it was be reasonable priced and to me it was not.

I have been using Dial Carpet Cleaning for nearly 6 years - initially for a commercial office property - and could not be happier with the level and quality of service, and professionalism of the technicians.
I just had my entire house and sectionals/couches cleaned. My technician, Jose was very professional, hard-working, punctual, and extremely pleasant. I will never have another carpet cleaning company clean my carpets or upholstery.
A few things that sets DCC apart from the rest:
- Jose used bumpers around my furniture, staircase, and wall corners to prevent potential scuffing by the hoses

Dial Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job on my carpets. They were easy to schedule with and gave me a 3 hour time slot. I was notified by text when they were on their way. Jose was very friendly and professional and showed up on time. He was able to clean both upstairs and downstairs along with the steps in under 1-1/2 hours. Jose also cleaned off the tile around the carpeted areas so the tile was not wet or dirty when he left. I would highly recommend Dial Carpet Cleaning.

First off,I want to say I am a very happy customer !!! My technician Ken arrived on time and was very professional . He helped me move two pieces of furniture that I couldn't lift myself . I rent a condo and the carpets are cleaner then they were when I moved in . I was a little worried about the high traffic areas at first because my brother likes to sneak and wear his shoes in the house but Ken did an awesome job ! I will for sure continue using their services and let everyone else know how great my carpets came out !

My carpets were in bad shape.. 2 cats, one who has some digestive issues, plus a lot of wear and tear had them looking pretty terrible. Even the last carpet cleaning service I'd had didn't get out the stains.
However, Dial Carpet Cleaning did the trick! They were extremely professional, and I appreciated the text notification when the service person was en route. Not only was he on time, my carpets were cleaned well, and he worked quickly and efficiently. They even send a thank you card in the mail, which I thought was a nice touch.

Dial Carpet Cleaning cleaned 3 rooms for me at a reasonable price. They were professional and the carpets looked fantastic. I was disappointed that they were late showing up for my appointment. I was scheduled 10 to 12. I got a call at 10 stating they were delayed and would arrive at 12:30. ( I did appreciate being notified) However they didn't arrive until 1:30. I was a bit annoyed that I spent 1/2 a day waiting.

My carpets hadn't been cleaned in 2 years and my parents were coming to stay for a week. I'm on a budget and was lured by many amazing price deals offered through the mailers and discount sites. I quickly became discouraged to see that they all had very negative reviews that seemed to say that yes, it was too good to be true. I had my sofa, love seat , and four fabric dining chairs cleaned by Dial and I am very satisfied with the results. They look brand new and the technician was very professional and fast. Have you ever found a company that was so awesome you just wanted to tell everyone about it? I swear Dial Carpet Cleaning is that type of company. My light tan carpet was literally black in some heavy traffic areas. Actually I didn't think it was possible to ever get those areas clean again. The one carpet cleaning company I had been using for the past 13 years was under new ownership and tried to up-sell me when they came out to do the work. I sent them packing.

I live in the bay area but have a few rental properties in Las Vegas. Last month one of them was left in horrible shape by the tenants. Not being from the area a friend suggested a referral company that screens companies, lets you post your project and then receive multiple bids. I picked Dial Carpet Cleaning because of their low price and no hidden fees policy, but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the amazing job they had done on my carpets for such a small amount. This guys are professional. They came on short notice right on promised time. My tennants left the carpet very dirty. Jossey went above and beyond to clean the carpets and also the tile in the kithcen. There were no surprise charges. I paid $99 for the whole house. I am very satisfied and I recomend them.
