I have had do a number of jobs for us and have been very impressed by his professionalism and workmanship. He has rebuilt a deck for us, repaired some rotten clapboards, replaced some windows in our garage, and insulated part of our attic. Chad shows up on time and works until the job is finished! Chad is an amazing master carpenter and can take care of almost anything you need done around the house.

I have been so happy with the work that Chad has done at my house and have more projects planned. Recently I hired him to do flooring in my bedroom which has totally transformed my space. Yes, I would highly recommend Johanson Home Improvement. Chad completed work in my entryway giving me all new hardwood stairs, new trim and an updated railing. The stairs are solid and the updated railing… really changed the look of the whole room. Chad has great attention to detail and takes a lot of pride in his work and it really shows! I will be reaching back out to him for the next project too!

Chad has done beautiful tile work in our house. He has also managed and installed replacement windows throughout our home. We’ve had Chad over to help us with several projects on our own house and our rental property. Chad professionally patched and painted our walls and ceilings after we had water damage when our thermostat failed. My tenant commented on how nice and thorough Chad was. When we decided to sell our condo Chad helped us make the place look great by… painting the interior (we were under agreement within a few days with multiple offers).
