This Summer my husband and I decided to purchase a large, above ground pool for our backyard. Neither of us have any experience caring for a pool and had no clue where to even start. Even though we did not purchase our pool from Midnight Sun, they have been incredibly helpful! They have welcomed our MANY questions! I think we have spoken with each of their Bemidji employees, and each one has been extremely knowledgeable and friendly! They have absolutely earned our ongoing business!

Had an issue with our hot tub we bought a few years back on a part that was under warranty. There was a misunderstanding on the warranty, but the team there at Midnight Sun resolved the issue. The communication and customer service is second to none. Why would you shop anywhere else? Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hot tub!😎👍

Customer Service is top-notch! Filled out an inquiry online and the staff at Midnight Sun in Bemidji followed up the very same day and were able to explain all of their products over the phone and sent detailed information. Midnight Sun went above and beyond and delivered/set up the hot tub the same day it was ordered all while there was a blizzard happening. The service tech that came out to deliver and set up the hot tub was very professional and walked through each step on how to properly care for the hot tub. As a first time hot tub owner they gave me all the confidence in operating and caring

We bought our first Jacuzzi from Midnight Sun this week. The entire process from purchase to install went very smoothly. Careful, they are really good at making the sale and promises but once they have your money they don't care about you. When I bought the pool they told me they would give me instructions once it was assembled as to how to maintain, clean and winterize the pool. When the pool was assemble I received a 5 minute verbal tutorial and was told to read my owners manual (which does not have that info in it.) Every time I tried to call I was instructed to read the owners manual. I bought a solar pool cover from them that was defective and the only way they would replace it was if I drove over an
