Skeltons is everything you want from a heating and air company - excellent customer service, prompt appointments, on time, fantastic technicians (thank you Ethan), get the job done first time and really take care of their customers. They installed my system, maintain it each year and if I have any issues they will be out, typically within 24 hours, to sort it. I would highly recommend them to anyone - their attention to detail in every part of my interactions with them is first class.

At the first sign of cooler weather, I turned the heat on, but it would turn off in a matter of minutes. I called a local company and they came out, installed a new thermostat & left. I called back and a technician came out, put in another thermostat then took a look at the unit. He said it was not getting enough gas to the unit. The gas company came out, put a regulator on the unit because the other was now missing and said the unit was getting the right amount of gas to it. Everyone was pointing fingers. Everyone had been so nice and I didn’t want to continue bugging them. So, I gave up and

All of their people arrived on time for giving estimates and doing the work. They did a clean neat install and dealt with a couple of irregular things from the original duct work with no problems. Both myself and my parents have been using these guys for years and they have always did a great job and are always courteous.

I never write reviews for businesses, but, Skelton's really just deserves all the stars.
I called in this morning because of issues with our furnace. The office staff was so helpful and nice. They had a tech here just a few hours later and got issue resolved so quickly. Lee was courteous, prompt, and explained everything very well. Great pricing and the maintenance membership is just an awesome deal. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing heating/cooling help!!

I signed up for the maintenance agreement which covers cleaning and a discount on repairs. It took a few visits to get it working, but i really appreciated John and the work he did, his ability to explain the issue, his kindness and professionalism, and felt very safe with him working on my issue. He clearly demonstrated he knew what he was talking about.

The guys were great, made sure all my questions were answered fully, super cleanup after all the work was done, stayed on task and no wasted time. Mine was a 2 day job. They were respectful of my home and my time, extra touches all along the way like advising on filters and providing new vents throughout. I couldn’t be happier with their work, presence in my home and their respect for my property. Highly recommend!!!!
