This was an all-around bad experience in my need to unclog my main sewer line in the foundation of the house--incompetent, failure of solving my problem, ill-equipped to solve the problem and meet my request, and yet charging me for the visit despite their failure. I hope you don't make the same mistake I did.

Clog Busters are outstanding, I've used them on two occasions. The first was replacing sewer lateral line that was made of 'Orangeburg' material. I had 4 proposals and theirs was the most economic and innovative. They used a creative technology that saved me thousands of dollars and was much less invasive than others. I had Matt from Clog Busters out to do a sewer inspection on a house I am in contract to buy and he did a great job! He let me watch the scope over his shoulder and explained everything he was seeing as he performed the inspection. He explained the findings in detail at the end and got his report to me that same day. Overall, a great experience and I would recommended Clog Busters to my family and friends in the future.

My whole house plugged up yesterday, I couldn't use the toilet or the shower or even the sinks. I called around to all the plumbers in my area and left messages and nobody ever called me back. This is the next day and clog busters called me back immediately after I called them today and I spoke to Trisha and she is so nice. I needed a main line cleared and anther company charged me and still didn't fix the problem (3 Mountains Plumbing). Clog Busters came to the rescue and was very fair and honest with us. I used some Drain O a day before Clog Busters came so they started with a scope rather than trying to charge me for something I didn't need. Fortunately it was clear and I was only charged the scope fee. I really appreciate a company like Clog Busters and they will be my first call next time anything backs up.

Tom and his guys are rockstars! They did a 200' sewer line replacement for our community and we couldn't be happier! And since, he's been back a few more times for some smaller jobs. It's taken me over a year to write this review because I secretly didn't want him getting to busy. I'm sorry, I'm selfish. My grandpa used to say to keep an eye out for a honest plumber and with clog busters, I'm happy to say i found one!

We called for over a week and could not get a single person to come look at our job. One of their employees lives only a few streets over. I was told on the phone $3800-$6800 and then received an email bid for $7800!!! Two other companies came in at $3000. They would have seen it wasn't a full line replacement if they bothered to come out. Don't waste your time with them.

Clog Busters just replaced our sewer line all the way from the street to where the drains connect to the main inside the basement. They arrived on time, gave us great advice on what to do now and what to wait work we can wait to do. They finished the majority of the work in 1 day and stayed overtime to make sure we had our connections put back together so we could use the sinks, toilet, tub again. Highly recommend them and they gave a great price.

I called Clog Busters in an emergency where my garbage disposal was jammed with a piece of glass and causing the plumbing to back up and leak. i communicated my issue to the dispatcher answering the phone and she understood my request in that she said it likely needed to be reset and they could help me. they sent a tech out the next day and he was very courteous and helpful. however, he explained that they do not work on garbage disposals. while he did clear the plumbing line, the disposal was still the primary issue and we had to call a second company. this was an inconvenience and i felt a little

I spoke to Ashley who quoted a price of $115/hr plus an equipment fee of $125 to clean out our footing drains. When the guy shows up he says the first hour will be $340 because it's $55 extra for each of the four pipes that daylight right next to each other (plus a $5 fee they also failed to mention but that's insignificant).

So we had a kitty emergency during our renovation and one of our cats had gone somewhere in-between the first and second floor and Tom, the owner and cat aficionado, came over to try and scope in the joists. Im a real estate agent in Clark Co. Clog Busters did a sewer scope for a home my clients were going to buy. Isaac (inspector) said the line had 2 bellies and they needed to be regraded. When myself and the listing agent started getting bids for the repairs, 2 of the plumbing companies said (from looking at the video clog busters did) they didn't think anything needed to be done. SO, we had another sewer scope done and the inspector (doing scopes for 30years) passed the scope... My toilet was leaking at the base I called Clog Buster's because they did a very good job taking care of a clogged outsource pipe from a tree root.
So a couple years later I called to see if they could handle the leak at the base of my toilet.
They said they're not really plumbers in that sense but would give it a go. They sent some guy who in my opinion really didn't seem confident he knew what he was doing. He ended up putting two flanges instead of one at the opening of my toilet at the base. Now it leaks worse than ever. When I called them they didn't offer to fix it!

Clog Busters is the best sewer scope company to work with. I have a customer that chose their own sewer scope company. They couldn't find the clean out and told the customer that it would be an extra $150 to pull a toilet to perform the scope. This is when I called the company I always recommend, Clog Busters. Jeremy went to the property and within a few minutes located the clean

This do-it-yourselfer tried two different over-the-counter cleaners and two plumbing snakes without success. Clog Busters first tried their basic methods - similar to the snake I used - but then resorted to a machine that shot hot water through the system. Problem solved.
The guy was very nice, my very elderly mom felt comfortable with him inside the house. Price tag was $549 which stung a little.
