See the below review, same things happened to me as well. I got the “six weeks“ timeframe also. With that, they should have showed up about 2 weeks before the wind storm. They didn’t. A few days after the wind storm I called with no answer, they called me back the next day. The lady told me I was pushed out to “November” due to the emergency jobs. I called and left a message in December, never got called back. Here we are in February. It’s all good I got the tree removed, I guess you can take me off the schedule, whichever month it is that I’m on there. I will say that Cutz Trees

Justin with Cutz Treez is fast, friendly, honest (which is a rarity in this business), and affordable. They don't smoke, cuss (swear), or do anything unbecoming of a professional tree service. Justin cut my parent's tree 5 years ago and since then we have become good friends. He is honest, reliable, and fair. It's worth it to support his business because he is someone who gives back. He frequently can be seen using his equipment to clear snow from an elderly person's walk in the winter (free of charge and just out of the blue). Justin (the actual owner of the company) responded to my voicemail within 48 hours and had a crew out to our house in less than week to cut down several trees. And this was during the busy season too! He was on time, respectful, responsive, and affordable to boot! He beat out every other bid we got and it wasn't even close. I won't even look anywhere else for other tree bids in the future. Cutz Treez all the way!

Justin and his crew were great. There's really nobody else I trust for a fair price and a friendly service.
