Dennis' love of building began at the age of ten, when he worked side by side with his father, building the family's vacation home in the Hamptons. Dennis has devoted over 30 years in the building industry. His passion for building, design and architecture is what motivates him. His talents encompass every aspect of the industry.
I provide a hands-on approach to all of my projects. You can expect me to be there every step of the way and to pair you with the best subcontractors that will do the job right. My process begins with meeting my clients on site to discuss every aspect of their project. I like to know that we are all on the same page and that their vision will be carried out.

Dennis is one of the most organized, honest General contractors that I have worked with. One of his best attributes was dedication to communicate. Like they say " The best illusion is that communication has been made." Well, need not worry as Dennis and his team listen to every wish and desire. As the job came to a close that was apparent.

Dennis put together some custom carpentry projects for us, a coffee table and three shelves. The communication and process were flawless, Dennis is very knowledgeable and transparent, and extremely helpful in making suggestions on projects, helping us figure out exactly what we needed.
