Rapid mold removal canceled my first appointment, rescheduled. Tech was late and stayed 2 1/2 hr. my house smelled of straight bleach, we could not stay at the house that night. Tech said to stay out of basement for 24 hours before going down into the basement. The next day we checked the basement the basement still had a lot of mold. The technician didn't scrape the walls didn't vacuum what he did scrape off the walls and did not do the ceiling as they said they would do ceiling walls and floor did not do the floor. I took pictures and on the next business day sent them to rapid mold removal asked

Rapid Mole Response was just that rapid. Chris, I believe his name was courtesy professional friendly and and knew his job well. He educated me on the procedure that would be taking place and why and what it would show.

I’m located in Michigan and we just had Dan out yesterday to take care of some mold we just found. The job ended up being bigger than we thought it would be but the price stayed the same that I was quoted over the phone, Dan was honest and thorough in explaining everything, and the area was contained well while he worked and was thoroughly cleaned before he left. We will definitely be using him, and Rapid Mold Removal, when we get the ok from our insurance company to demo the wet wall in our kitchen and dining room. Extremely, professional got the job done in a timely manner. I initially Google avantacare for mold removal apparently they did not want my business came out gave me a quote. Avoided contact with me after I never received a quote reach out twice via telephone no response. I called Rapid Mold Removal LLC schedule appointment same day 48hrs later. Showed up to residence and got the job done. Just for the record I normally do not throw people under the bus but I'm very tired. Of business wasting my time!! Great Job Rapid Mold Removal!!!

I dont know how they are still in business. they did nothing right in trying to remove the mold from my home. they charged way too much money and left nothing but a mess. when you try to talk to someone at the office you get the run around. they have no idea what they are doing. if they are certified they shoudnt be. their technician came into my home and yelled at me when i asked him to explain to me why he left such a horrible mess. he left his bags of garbage for me to dispose of. there was no plastic sheets used to protect the rest of the house from being contaminated. in fact, i dont have

Wish I would have read the reviews on this company before I hired them. Extremely dishonest. Not surprised they have been accused of doing illegal work as stated in some of the other reviews. They ended up costing me over $1,500-and refused to acknowledge that they did anything wrong. One cover up after another. These guys might give you the least expensive bid-but run away. Wish I would have.

I contacted Rapid Mold removal to abate the mold in my attic. Patrick arrived 10 minutes early and was ready to go to work. Patrick was very professional, he explained the entire process. Patrick took pictures before and after. The entire site was cleaned after the job was complete. Patrick provided a paid invoice and a warranty of the work. When I first hired them they said it would take a total of 2 days to treat a small area of mold and to remove all the insulation inside the attic, it's been almost 30 days now since the work was started and they're still not done, in fact they decided to stop the job and walk away and leave us all stranded!! I called Rapid Mold Removal for an estimate. They promptly provided one at $995.00. We scheduled the work. When they went to my home to complete the work, they called me to tell me the price would now be $3,600.00. I told them NO WAY and to leave my property. Later that day they sent me a bill for $249.00 for "inspection fee OR Cancellation trip charge". I still don't know which of these descriptions they're billing me for.
We never had any type of agreement, verbal or otherwise, for any sort of inspection fee. Since then, they have been harassing me at work place

I got several bids for mold removal in mid October. Rapid had the best quote and the soonest availability, which was very important since we were trying to get moved into the house. They emailed on Oct 14th saying, in part, "Our service involves a careful containment process that uses a plastic barrier to section off the work area. We also use a hepa vacuum and negative air fan that removes the physical mold from the wood. After the mold is removed we use a specialty botanical spray that will treat the wood by removing mold staining and leave the wood looking like new again."

We called due to an issue we had during our home inspection. Customer service was courteous and responsive. The issue was mitigated quickly - the tech was very knowledgable and we were able to close on our house and move on!
We also ended up using RMR for a second time due to a problem that had occurred at my mother in laws house under her bathroom sink and we very satisfied with the whole experience.

This company came in to remediate mold from improperly installed windows. They not only damaged baseboards in one room, they damaged a Brand NEW dishwasher. And then sprayed sealer paint all over everything including windows,curtains and walls. They even left a dozen bags of garbage in our yard that we had to call about to have removed!!!
First they insult us and offer $200.
Next they try and lie to get out of paying for delivery and installation.
They are refusing to pay for anything saying its incidental damage.
