This company does a fine job of cleaning my gutters. Nothing exceptional and there are often streaks of dirt running along the outside of the gutters if they use water to rinse the gutters.
My problem with this company is their communication. They send one payment notification via extremely rude email right after services are rendered and require payment immediately. The problem is, they never let you know that they are coming out! They don't let me know when they have arrived and I usually don't even know they have been here! So the bill comes out of nowhere and you aren't always

Customer of NV Service Group since Summer of 2014 for lawn cutting and leaf removal work. Very satisfied with the quality of their services and the expertise/professionalism of those who perform the tasks... which is why I renew my contract with them annually. NV Service Group has professional & responsive customer service and polite, hard-working employees.

STORY TIME!!: I was in the process of moving out and the place that I rented my townhouse from requested that we have the house professionally cleaned. So I decided to go with NV Service based on these great reviews. Yea..can't always trust these Yelpers.
So I gave NV a nice 2.5 star because I received an average type job. I wasn't home to watch them clean the house but someone was there to supervise. I asked how many people would be sent over..there was only ONE maid sent. As SOON as I came home, I saw dust in an

I Truly Appreciate the professionalism of this Company, They regularly clean my gutters. The service is done as scheduled at the agreed upon price and done cleanly i.e.. no gutter remnants hanging out in my garden beds. I couldn't believe how hard it was initially; to find someone to provide this service. I called multiple companies who wanted me to get my neighbors to agree to use them yadda yadda or they would have to charge me more it was Awful. Thank You NV Service Group you were truly a God Send; as I was tired of dragging out the ladder to clean my own gutters and at 50 really didn't want

I have been using various services from NV group over the last 5 years, and they have been nothing but outstanding on all counts. I use them for regular services like lawn maintenance and snow removal, and their prices are always competitive, while service standard has always been a cut above the competition. What's more - on the few occasions where I wanted minor clarification about contract or billing, I always received due attention although I am a very small client. My only complaint is why they do not diversify into more homeowner care type of services!!

We've been very impressed with NV Service's lawn mowing service. They are significantly less pricey than their big holstein-themed competitor, and much easier to communicate with (which is rarely necessary).
We also use them for spring clean-up of our landscaping, and they do a really amazing job -- meticulous edging of the mulchbeds, LOTS of new mulch, careful manicuring of our plants.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

NV Service Group has been cleaning my gutters for a few years. The two times a year service is always outstanding. The guys always do a great job.
Customer service is always great and if I need to speak with someone in the office, they are either immediately available, or will call me back within a few hours.
