Lumber is not all created equal. In fact, each individual board is inspected and graded by a certified agency. They inspect it for numerous different factors, but two of the terms you're going to hear most often when discussing lumber are "knotty" and "clear". The clear grade is exactly what it sounds like-visually clean and free from defects.

When the Dallas area was being settled by American pioneers, many of the settlers traveled by wagon trains along the old Shawnee Trail. This trail was also used for cattle drives north from Austin. I requested a quote online and received a call the next day. Jonathan came out and measured the portion of the fence and gate I needed replaced and calculated the quote. He told me he had a cancellation for several days later and I called later that day to book it. It took about 4 hours with pre-stained board on board and a gate and it matches the existing fence perfectly. A job well done.

I have to say that I'm really disappointed with Frisco Fence. We were thinking of moving our existing fence out and we had received a flyer in the mail from them. We did some research and saw some great reviews and decided to reach out.
First it took two phone calls to get one call back. At that time, we were told that they don't move fences out due to issues they have run into in the past. We understood that, but asked that they come out to give an estimate anyway since we are going to move the fence one way or the other.
They were supposed to come this past week and we never heard

I was a nervous taking on such a big project of replacing our old fence. I requested quotes from 5 different companies online with good ratings, and Jim responded back in hours (the only one that got back within 2 days) and I described the full project. He described the process in detail so I knew exactly what I was getting. After reviewing all 5 quotes, Frisco Fence had the best all inclusive price. Many times, the best price is not always the best service. His crew of 3 was positive, extremely hard working, knowledgeable and honest. I could not be happier with the service they provided

Working with Jim at Frisco Fence has been a pleasure. He did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. He really strives to run an efficient business, which I appreciate. He returned his quote to me much faster than the other guys, and he had the best price. Although I'm out of state, Jim sent me pictures of our new fence and it looks great. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer!
