Mills Well Drilling is one of those "old-timey" businesses that believe return customers are their biggest asset. I have called them every time my well or water system has required service for the part 12 years & they have never disappointed me. They have installed water & power lines all over my property, as well as repairing leaks & malfunctioning pressure gauges. They are both dependable and reasonably priced. I trust them

Mills well drilling is the definition of what service companies should strive to be. Responsive, professional, honest, great quality, and just good people who you want to do business with. I’ve used Mills on all of my personal properties and all of my construction projects for years and will never use anyone else. I called this morning around 10 AM they were here around noon which was amazing to get Service the same day. Robert our technician properly diagnose what the issue was installed the necessary part and I was able to pay with a credit card over the phone to the office very seamless very efficient did a great job I would recommend them

Came out within reasonable time, diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done and all involved, job's work fair price and material agreed upon, job material and help arrived shortly after, and process of replacing well pump began. For about an hour I watched and was amazed at how the crew were knowledgeable about the whole process to complete job in a very timely manner. When all was said and done, well pump worked correctly and the water pressure was great. No mess afterwards, extremely satisfied with Mills Well Drilling.

Mills is the BEST!! HIGHLY recommended!! Super fast response time, and VERY reasonable rates, every time I’ve needed their help, which is 4 or 5 times since I’ve owned my house and property in SE Leon County (which is of course a LONG distance from their home office in NW Leon!). The technician today, Michael, who’s been with them for 4 years (per our conversation), was extremely friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable, and gave me some helpful tips re: well upkeep and maintenance. Call them when you need well repair. You will be very pleased!!

I was beyond pleased with the outstanding customer service provided by this business. My elderly mother was without water for four days. I called Mills at 8:18am. My mother resided more than 30 miles from their office. Within 2 hours the technician had arrived, performed troubleshooting, and repaired the well pump. The technician was very empathetic, kind, professional and competent. From the initial phone call until the final invoice the staff were all very professional. I highly recommend this company.

Hands down amazing service! My well stopped working last night. I called them at 8 the next morning while dropping my son off at school. They got to my home at the same time I Did! (45 minute drive) The guy got out and I told him all that I could which was no help. Within 10-15 minutes he knew exactly what was wrong with my well! He got it repaired very fast! In less then an hour! I have already given there information to my family who need some iron out help! He gave me a lot of knowledge pertaining to the filtration system they provide. I will be a returning customer for that very soon!
