We used Baldi Gardens to do an almost total remodel of our backyard including landscaping, walls, steps, pathways, fountain, etc. It was a very large job and we honestly can’t say enough great things about the work they did. They were punctual, worked hard, had no issues redoing things along the way, did many small things along the way to make it look so much nicer and cleaned up beautifully when it was all done. We will not hesitate to use them again in the future for all our landscape project needs. You will not be disappointed in their work.

They fixed some drainage issues and planted some new shrubs/trees in Fall 2020. By Summer 2021, some of the shrubs/trees were dying. With a one year warranty, I thought I was ok. But they have been ghosting me for three months. I get a reply back that they will get right on it and then nothing for weeks. Don't expect much work from them after your check clears.

Great experience with Baldi. Had them come out for a free estimate after reading all of their reviews here and on Angi and being referred to them directly by Whiz Q. Ricardo came out to meet with me and he was super knowledgeable and great to work with. I know the pandemic and labor shortage has effected their business so they did have a little bit of a backlog to get the work done but I didn't mind waiting. Unlike a lot of other companies they had a great process and contracts that spelled out everything for me as far as what was expected, their role, our role, warranty etc. I appreciate that

Worked with Baldi on a project on my new home and they were great and we couldn't be happier! Entire team was great to work with, crew did an amazing job. Had some issues sourcing some of the plants but they let me know that due to the freeze this year that might be a possibility. They were quick to help us find substitutions and still get our project finished on time. They even were able to get us pushed up a little earlier on the start date. We were worried when the backlog as 3 months, but understand why now. They are great! Would definitely recommend!

Baldi Gardens landscape company is wonderful to work with. They provided us with some new drainage, stone walls and landscaping. Everything they did turned out wonderful and the price was very good. Thanks to Ricardo, Chris, Rafa, and the whole team that re-did our whole landscape.
Once again, we have used Baldi Gardens to fix and improve our landscape from the Texas Freeze in Februrary 2021. They always come through with the best team of project managers to planting the plants! We highly recommend their professional services!

On March 29, I put a 50% deposit on a $6000 job to have some clean up done in my backyard, and the front yard landscaped. Around the end of May, they came out and did the work, finishing up on June 10. No, it was not that big of a job - that's just how long it took them to complete the work. There were days when no one would even show up. My 'design' looked nothing like what is shown on their website. It was doodles on a yellow legal pad. I sent this photo to them on June 14. They sent out one crew member to fix the sprinkler, but never to replace the dead plants - but the sprinkler never stays

I contracted with Baldi Gardens to level my front gardens and back yard, replacing the weed barrier material in the front and adding crushed red granite in the back as needed. They were to also replant my agave plants and century plant in the front gardens and back yard. When I asked Ricardo Baldi whether they could do it, he told me there might be up to a 10% loss of plants. They were also supposed to spray to kill any weeds (exception for nut grass). Low maintenance was my goal. I paid them nearly $4500 for this work.

Baldi Gardens and Gia are amazing. The entire team, from Ricardo, to Chris and Lily in the front office are top notch. From start to finish their customer service is amazing and the work they did for our yard was more than we imagined! We had to wait a bit on our project-they're the BEST so they've got a backlog of work but they were worth the wait! Give them a call! You'll love the Baldi Team!

Gilbert and his team @ Baldi Gardens have been maintaining my yard for almost 2 years. I have some particular needs for my yard thought the year and they have done a great job staying on top of what needs to be done. They encourage a direct line of communication to insure they are meeting, if not exceeding, my expectations. I know this is not common, nor expected practice in their line of business, but they are always open to suggestions and keeping me in the loop.

Had them provide an estimate on installing sod for my front lawn. Received their bid which I thought was extremely excessive, so I didn't go with them. Received bids from a couple of other reputable Companies that were more than half as much for the same job. I went with one of them and am very happy with my decision.

Baldi Gardens has been my landscaping maintenance company for a year now. This is the first time I've truly been satisfied and happy with a yard service. The company listens and responds to your needs or requests. They are full service and did a great job on special projects such as: major landscape and design re-do (its beautiful), French drain overhaul, stone work, and irrigation repair.
