Ascend Lawn Care

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I hired this company for Lawn services back in May. I couldn't get through 1 month of lawn care services before I had major problems with their work. At best, they come across as amateurs. The grass looked messy and poorly groomed. It had excessive grass clipping all over the lawn every time they cut it, and they had to be called out to edge my lawn again, even though they claimed they had already did it.
Then when I canceled the service, I was assured by Eli that my $80.00 dollars would be returned to me, for the services that I didn't receive

Been using these guys for weekly mowing at my house, they do an amazing job it looks like a golf course after each cut

First few times (2-3 times) they did a good job. They randomly stopped showing up after coming a few times. I tried calling, no answer or call back. Once the grass got too high and we got a notice on our door, we bought a mower and cut the grass. A few days later a guy came out and started cutting (already cut grass). We immediately (after about 20 seconds) asked him not to. They sent me an invoice anyways. I called to get it straightened out. No answer, no response. Few weeks later they charged my card (without permission). Also, I missed the older invoices (went to my spam) but they never call

Came out once, but never showed up again. Got a sticker on my door from the city because my lawn was too long.
RESPONSE: Check your text messages. I got someone else cutting the lawn now. I don't have to remind him every week.

I’m a combat disabled veteran and can’t maintain my yard due to lung disease from burn pits.
Today, I just received a text saying they won’t cut my grass anymore. Now I’m trying to find a new company mid season.
I now regret ignoring them destroying my gate.
If you need consistency and reliability, this is NOT the company for you.
RESPONSE: To be clear, they did not refer anyone (See screenshot). They did not provide lawn care for the full season, like agreed upon. Quitting mid season is not professional and shows a complete lack of concern for customers.
Now we see they also lie to

We were in desperate need of a new lawn service as our old service did not survive the COVID lock downs. Ascend stepped up and cut our overgrown .25 acre lawn quickly and professionally. We have a lot of area that requires edging and weed whacking that they cleaned up. They cut on a bi-weekly schedule now and the landscaping looks great for a reasonable cost. Very happy to have found them and that they fit us into their busy schedule on such short notice.
