Services
Roof moss removals are performed by carefully brushing off moss growth, followed by an air-sweep of the entire roof, clearing debris from all gutters and downspouts, and lastly, applying an environmentally safe treatment to all roof surfaces. Gutter Services entail clearing all debris from valleys, gutters, and downspouts with a commercial grade blower to ensure gutters are cleaned down to the bare metal. Downspout clogs above the ground are located and cleared. Any loose gutters and downspouts are reattached and securely fastened. Where necessary, small leaks can be repaired.
Window Cleaning includes brushing dust off screens and cleaning every window pane, including skylights, using professional methods and equipment at the leading edge of industry standards. At a customer's request, special tools can be used to remove paint splatter, tree sap, and other common blemishes that are not cleaned off with the conventional methods.
Exterior Cleaning of gutters and home siding is another specialty Peakwalker offers in addition to typical pressure washing services for hard surfaces. For multi-story structures with gutters and siding high off the ground, a thorough cleaning can still be provided where pressure washers can not reach.
Peakwalker operates within the service area shown in the map displayed here. Individual communities and neighborhoods in and around the Portland metropolitan area are serviced, including the west suburbs, east suburbs, and south suburbs. A list of these communities is provided below. Exceptions beyond our typical service area are possible depending on where the property is and what work is requested.

Josh did a wonderful thorough job and we couldn't be more pleased! He is the ultimate professional and spent almost 5 hours at our house meticulously cleaning our roof and gutters. Afterward he does a major clean-up of any debris that landed on the ground. I highly recommend his services. I feel lucky that we found Josh and PeakWalker!
