We require 24 Hour notice of cancellation. It is the customer's responsibility to contact Mayberry's Maids to reschedule or cancel any visit 24 hours before said visit or there will be a charge of $75 to your credit card. Mayberry's Maids Charges $5 for every one hundred spent if you choose to use a credit card.

I had them for a deep clean.
Total fail!
I was looking to get baseboards, baths and cabinets cleaned.
They were late and left early.
The new hire upstairs did great.
The woman downstairs didn't.
She left the shower covered in white powder.
No baseboard or cabinets were touched.
She did mop the entry. She totally forgot the powder room.
When I asked her about the baseboards she said she did them.
I did call the company and they wanted make it right.
After 3 times not keeping their reschedule time, I gave up and canceled.
I would not recommend them.

I was gifted two hours of cleaning time. I asked them to focus on 2 1/2 baths vacuum the upstairs, vacuum the stairs and mop the wood floors downstairs. Mind you this is only a 1500 square-foot home. The bathrooms look good although they did not clean very well at the base of the toilets or do anything with the baseboards. The mopping of the downstairs floors was just that... mopping without moving the furniture or sweeping the floor to get rid of the dust bunnies before they mopped. They left streaks on the floor and left before I even had a chance to see the poor job that they did. I probably

I just bought a home, and the sellers paid housekeepers for a 3 hour basic clean, and I had already booked Mayberrys for a move in clean the day before I moved in. What was discussed with the manager was them moving and cleaning behind appliances, window sills, full dust and cleaning out appliances, etc. on top of a normal clean. These photos are proof of how much they didn't do. They just re-cleaned surfaces the others cleaned it appears. They didn't mop my new floors. Save your money, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! The video on their website is bogus, I would give them negative stars if i could, the people that came to our house were slow, unenthusiastic and inefficient. They don't really want to clean so they stretch out how long it will take to do a task. At the end of the day it was a waist of time and money, we had to re-clean EVERYTHING they said they cleaned, I would NEVER use this company again!

We just got our house and we supposedly got it profesional clean. The house was left disgusting. They do not do their job. It is super unfortunate but I do not recommend and I will never hire them. See the pictures are some examples on how awful job they did. I had to clean my light switches cause I couldn't stand how the let them dirty from the previous owner.

I have used this cleaning service twice. Both times it was for a move in so the house was empty and all they had to do was what they said they were going to do, clean the blinds, floors, the cabinets, bathrooms, appliances etc. the first time i used them, I called and complained so they sent another crew who did a much better job they cleaned very thoroughly.
I thought "OK I'll give them another shot" so I hired them again. It is so annoying to have to go behind somebody, who you paid a lot of money to, who obviously did not clean much of anything. I'm having to clean the inside

They were hired to clean my bf's house when he moved out. They had a list to go off of that was printed off of their website specifically for move out cleanings. It was not a list that was made by me or my bf.

I moved out of my house recently and needed to have all the carpets cleaned. I was quoted a reasonable price to have the carpets in the entire house cleaned and ended up paying less! Julio provided excellent customer service and did a great job. The carpets looked amazing and I would definitely use them again. If anyone's looking for a good carpet cleaner I would recommend using these guys. A+

The company was exactly what I was looking for they did a great job and the price was right. My husband and I called all over the city to find a cleaning company that could do everything we needed house cleaning, carpet and tile grout cleaning. If you could get the companies to answer their phone they didn't seen to know what they were talking about but Mayberrys people seemed very professional and when they arrived they were on time. The house cleaners (Girls) Angel and Ester did a fabulous job and our carpets and tile have never looked better. All of this work done for less then $600.00

If I could give them negative stars I would. I hired them to do a thorough cleaning on a new residence. They missed the obvious areas like the window seals and the windows themselves, grease on the kitchen cabinets, counters and tiles were not cleaned.They scratched the toilets so I need to replace them. They did a surface cleaning on the carpets that left soap in the carpet and was showing dirt in a matter of days. They also did a surface clean behind the refrigerator but forgot behind the stove right next to it. I had asked them to do a simple wipe down of the walls so I could start to paint

Well... I was quoted 260. Paid 360. The bathrooms were cleaned pretty well. But the obvious things like blinds, tops of lamps, dressors, night stands top of refrigerator and any cabinets higher then 4 1/2 feet were untouched. We had a few fake plants that are hard to miss still dusty and windows and window tracks were untouched when I specifically requested the insides to be addressed. Not sure where all of the time went with 2 people cleaning. Hope it went to scrubbing the base boards cause a few spots were impressively clean. Not to mention I booked the appointment for noon so I could walk through
