I had a water leak in my home, and after the mitigation team came out I needed someone to make some repairs. The repairs ranged from installing drywall, painting, and installing flooring. I called around to several other companies for estimates. I’m very pleased that I ended up going with Landes. The owner (Kevin) showed up promptly and immediately begin working. He didn’t do other jobs in between, he focused on the task at hand and got it done. He was very clean, he cleaned up every step of the way, like I’d never even know he was there working. I will use this company again in the future

I asked Landes for a quote on some basement improvements. They responded promptly and came out to do a proposal. They are professional and provided a carefully thought out proposal. I was planning to engage their services immediately but another issue arose that required my attention. When that matter is resolved, I will contact Landes again to start the project.

My experience with Landes Home Improvements was awesome from start to finish. The work at my home was fairly extensive, so it was spread out over multiple visits. Each time, he arrived on time, in a pleasant mood, and ready to accomplish the day's tasks. A great benefit of this being a small business, is that you're not just dealing with some employee who may or may not care, but the owner of the company is who handled my project. With great pricing, high quality work, and a professional attitude (he was even engaging toward my 5 year old son), I highly recommend Landes Home Improvements to anyone

Home Improvement has changed my life when it came down to painting my son's room. Our small family moved down to Georgia and bought a house that needed a lot of work and I wish that I knew them before because of what they did with my son's room looks amazing. They finished his room within a short period of time and we were able to move him in quickly as possible. I will definitely have them on speed dial in case of anything!
