Over the years I’ve had both good and bad experiences with contractors. My experience with Kwik Hardscapes and Eric Moser definitely fell into the former category. Being new to the San Luis Obispo area my wife and I were a little skeptical about having a local company put in a backyard patio, but decided to hire Kwik Hardscapes after talking to Eric. He was meticulous in making sure the layout and materials were just what my wife and I wanted. On all fronts, he was easy to work with; he was honest, responsive, and more than fair in pricing. His crew was just as meticulous as he was with the installation

Eric is personable and timely in providing a quote. His crew works hard, and they complete their work within the estimated time. The slabs look good, clean. The crew could do more in terms of clean-up. I had to clean up the cement they left along the border they installed. Also, in a few places chunks of the cement broke off when the forms were removed. Eric returned to replace a two-foot section of the border which had crumbled to the touch. The replacement as well as the rest of the border looks good.

Do not ever do business this person Eric Moser. He did not do what need to be done with the project. Until now he did not give my invoice really hard to communicate with... really bad experience with this company!!!!

Erik, the guy who owns this place is very knowledgeable and amazing. His assistant Miguel is great when it comes to designing your backyard or frontward. They did a beautiful work on our courtyard and front yard. Check out the flagstone work they dHighly recommend!

Eric came an did estimate on a Saturday even which was nice and seemed to know what we were asking to have done and willing to do it, yet I have had to call THREE times now for that estimate. We will not be using them.
