I highly recommend Precision Mold! Our bathroom sprung a leak and was infested with black mold. It was awful. In just a couple of days, Adam had the problem under control. He was effective and responsive and very kind, especially to my 5 year old Lab who just loved him. He tested the air quality before and after the restoration. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

We recently had a flooding problem at our house . After the water was removed and the house was dry a mold inspection was performed and the results came back with high levels of airborne mold.
Adam Welsh owner of Precision Mold Restoration was at the house the next day to start the mediation. Adam explained to me what he was going to do and it would take about a week to finish the mediation. All exposed surfaces in the house including all the nick knacks were cleaned .
I found Adam to be very through and professional in addressing the issue and I would highly recommend his services .

The owner of Precision Mold Restoration, Adam Welsh, responded immediately to my request for an estimate, arrived on time, was informative and courteous, explained the proposed work in detail, and quoted me an excellent price.
Adam accommodated my need for immediate service (the sale of the Estero FL house depended on his work being completed promptly), and he and the crew conducted themselves professionally. By the way, the mold count dropped well into the "acceptable" level, and the house sold on time!

This man is an angel from heaven. Our home was devastated by hurricane Irma. Adam came in and made a very devastating experience one filled with kindness and hope.
