Hello, my name is Ashlin. I am the Service Administrator at The Pool Butler, LLC. My goal in life is to be as successful as possible. My biggest achievement is becoming a homeowner at 21 years of age and being a High School Graduate. I enjoy baking goodies, while singing in the kitchen. I love spending time with family, friends, and to help people smile in life.
Born in 82 in Columbia. Moved to the United States in the mid 90's and lived on Hilton Head Island S.C. before moving to College Park GA. I have been in the pool industry for over 15 years and love working outside. I have many years of experience; I am determined to solve pool problems in a professional manner and leaving the customer feeling confident their pool issue was resolved.

I would not recommend The Pool Butler at all! When they do decide to show up they skip over half of the contracted scope they are to perform. In addition they use your chemicals and salt and then have the nerve to charge you for it. My wife and I have requested MULTIPLE times for a supervisor to come out as well as someone to discuss our bill to no avail. We cancelled our service and told them we would not be paying any invoices until our account was corrected. Nobody called and my credit card was charged the FULL amount. Worst customer service ever!

I read their reviews so I decided to change pool companies. It has been nothing short of a nightmare. Because of their negligence, mustard yellow algae has taken over my pool. I have paid them a fortune, and I haven't been able to swim in my pool all summer. This should NEVER have happened. At this point, I still am not able to get in my pool. I'm looking into getting a lawyer.

One of the top 5 purchases of my life. Hands down. A friend and neighbor recommended The Pool Butler to me. We had our pool built 5 years ago, and we’ve been thrilled with it. Easy care, maintenance and use. We’re in it all the time, and in a COVID world so are my 5 grown children and two grandchildren, along with neighbors. My one complaint was we were limited with space being a few blocks from Marietta Square so the equipment is very close to our entertainment space and eating area, and the pump is SOOO noisy all the time. I did some research then called the Pool Butler for advice. Today

I've always given The Pool Butler x5 stars but this year our pool opening has been a total disaster with zero communication except to send us x3 bills when I had to complete the pool opening myself by going to Leslie's. So disappointing!!!

I recommend the Pool Butler highly. They went above and beyond in an emergency situation last week. From recent storms, my pool filled with runoff mud. I was only days away from putting my house on the market and so this was a nightmare. I franickly called Pool Butler and Jimmy came out. It took 2 visits to clean it up - he was true to his word and showed up as promised to get it ready for the listing photos. I know he worked me in to his already loaded schedule, but he was very sympathetic and professional, and I am so appreciative. I will use no one else - superior customer service! Thank you

Initially I was put off by the confusion surrounding which location would service my address, but once they figured it out, things moved along relatively fast. The rep they sent was upbeat and very informative. However, the wait time for a maintenance call was longer than I was willing to wait; Summer is short and each day I wasn't able to use my pool was an eternity. Eventually went with H2opoolpros and very pleased!

I have used the Pool Butler for my in-ground pool equipment maintenance since the pool was installed in 2010. They have always provided great service at an affordable price. This spring they performed a vinyl liner replacement and some other miscellaneous maintenance work. I am very pleased with the quality work and professionalism of their team. Dana, Josh, Anthony and Jimi were great addressing all the issues associated with pool rework. The owner Tim also gave us a great recommendation on the style of liner. I definitely would recommend the Pool Bulter for any of your pool maintenance needs

The Pool Butler has been caring for our pool for about one year. They are great! Communication is easy. Their techs are knowledgeable and reliable. There have been a few mechanical problems which they caught and repaired quickly. My experience has been wonderful and I am very surprised to see some of the other reviews. I have been very pleased with the service.

They answered the phone on the first ring and called before the appt to ask permission to make 1 stop before. Called on their way and finished everything quickly. Turns out they also built that pool. The technician walked me through the operations of my particular pump and filter. Very happy. It'll be a good pool season.
