Services
HIGH-R(R) Metal Building Insulation Solutions can be customized to provide you with the thermal protection and aesthetics you're looking for-at a cost that fits your budget. When you think about it, the whole process for installing insulation in metal buildings is backwards. Doesn't it make more sense to put the roof on first, then put in the insulation?
The HIGH-R Radiant Double Bubble Solution is composed of a double bubble insulation that is white poly on the finished side and reflective on the back side. After attaching the HIGH-R Quick Clip to the purlin, the double bubble is secured in place with the HIGH-R plastic cap. This solution provides the same white, bright appearance and provides an R-value of approximately R-15 in heat flow down situations.
The HIGH-R Poly Radiant Barrier solution is designed primarily to provide a clean, finished appearance but provides a minimal R-Value. The solution can also be in a retrofit building where insulation may be unsightly. The radiant barrier can be used in the same situations as the Radiant Double Bubble solution but will not provide the thermal break on the underside of the roof purlin.
The patented HIGH-R(R) Purlin Clip and the HIGH-R(R) Quick Attach Clip & Cap are solutions designed to provide a quick and easy installation of materials to the roof purlins or wall girts in a pre-engineered metal building. The HIGH-R Purlin Clip was designed to secure the plastic trim that holds rigid insulation panels in place.
