Triton liquid waterproofing systems are ideal for restoring many types of conventional roofs when they are leaking or deteriorated so a costly and disruptive tear-off is not required. The versatile TRITOflex rubberized waterproofing membrane is lightweight at only 6 ounces per square foot and is quickly spray applied directly to the existing roof surface.
TRITOflex liquid applied rubber membrane is ideal for creating a durable monolithic waterproofing component within the popular "Green" Roof System." Since TRITOflex will withstand water indefinitely and can be sprayed to any thickness in a single pass, custom made swells can be built into the waterproofing membrane, as needed, to retain water on the roof longer in drought areas for better plant health.
If you have a flat roof you have probably had the misfortune of a leak at some point and time. Flat roofs are mostly found on commercial properties but can also be found on some residential properties. Building code today allows only two layers of roofing and requires that a slope be built into the roof system to encourage drainage with the standard rule that water must drain off within 48 hours.
TPO is the short name for Thermoplastic Polyolefin and is the fasting growing roofing material in the flat roof industry due to its affordable cost and high reflectivity. It is a reinforced single ply roof system that is hot welded together at the seams. It can be mechanically attached, fully adhered or ballasted.

Steven is amazing. It’s not very common to have anyone come out for an inspection and not offer repairs or a new roof. He is very professional and honest. He checked my house and told me the damage was little that I don’t need to claim the insurance. He helped me seal a hole and gave me very useful advice. Highly recommend!

We had hail damage and we wanted it repaired. Harlan inspected our roof and met with the insurance adjuster as he was investigating our claim. We hired him as the contractor for the entire project, the roof and the interior. Harlan was able to renegotiate a higher claim amount as he was pricing actual materials. The work was done well and it was completed in a reasonable time. It took a bit longer to get started than we had hoped.
Quality is really good. Improved the house to the new legal specifications. Replaced our antenna with a better one at no charge.

When trying to sell my house, inspectors found my roof was a total loss due to storm damage. Closing was delayed because I was unable to reach anyone that could give me an answer at my usually responsive insurance company. My realtor recommended Proformance, and Harlan called me back right away. He was able to reach someone at my insurance company that afternoon and I had a settlement the same day. His team was able to get to my house within the week and I was able to close! They did a fantastic job and cleaned up well. Will definitely use them again if needed in the future.

It is such a rarity these days to find a contractor that you can totally trust. Thank goodness Harlan is one. I truly don’t know how I would have managed the recent sell of my home without him. During the home inspection phase, it was determined that the roof was in need of repair. I was out of town, recuperating from chemo treatments, and unable to travel. Harlan understood this, told me not to worry, and that he would take care of everything. It was such a relief of stress to turn it over to Harlan. Harlan went beyond expectations. He met with my insurance agent, and had a new roof approved
