After the winter freeze this year the limestone coping around my pool was heavily damaged with chipping, flaking and cracked grout all around. Jaye and his crew did an amazing job sanding it all down, re-grouting between the stones and even fixed a few cracks in my decking. In fact it now looks better than when I bought the house/pool a few years ago. I was absolutely impressed how great it looked when it was done! They are true craftsman and knew what they were doing, very friendly and professional as well. Now to I won't have to worry about scratched up fingers and feet anymore. They

I needed a large hot tub pad and patio extension poured. Jaye came out and looked at the job and gave us a quote. He was timely, professional and very flexible. I made last minute changes which Jaye accommodated too. Jaye's crew did an amazing job and for such a large pour, I was amazed that they didn't damage my lawn at all. It looks just like it did before they started work. I had a lot of questions and interjections along the way and Jaye was patient with me and answered everything promptly. I highly recommend Mason Man.

BEWARE! Bait and switch pros. Paid $22k in July for 1/2 of job. There has been maybe 12 hours of work done Less than 1/4 of job completed. Did get a e-mail saying bid was wrong and ask for ANOTHER $18K. On top of stealing items out of back yard, yard being demoed and unusable since July, and a pile of sand blocking my drive. NOT the type of people you want to do business with!

Jaye and his team did a great job on my paver patio! It looks so great and they were very professional. They spent a lot of time making sure it was level and correct. Our project was not easy (very large and sloped area around a pre-existing raised garden) but they created something beautiful for me and my family to enjoy.

My wife and I looked for a good Mason, on and off for a year. After multiple quotes and some bad customer service experiences, we found Mason Man. Jaye responded quickly and was out in 3 days to scope the job. We discussed the project and Jaye listened to our ideas, and then threw in some of his own and we had a plan. He had the quote (and a cad drawing) emailed to us within 2-3 days. His quote was reasonable and fair and seeing the cad of what the job would look like completed, sold us! Justin came out on Monday and said I'd get quote for back patio flat work and my driveway by Tuesday or Wednesday. It's now Sunday, a week later.
I've called three times and left messages. I've texted some named Michelle and she said on Friday she talked to Justin and I would get quote no later than Saturday. AGAIN, ITS SUNDAY EVENING.. I've asked twice for Jaye,the Owner to contact me. Nothing still...... a phone call or text that they don't want my business would be nice too.
Customer service is bad already.

We had this company build a fireplace. We had to change the design we wanted, because they said it wouldn't draw, if they built it the way we wanted. It's an inside, 2 way fireplace. We conceded, and they built it the way they wanted. But it doesn't draw. It's been a couple years. They won't return calls. We are very disappointed after paying top dollar, and have something we can't use or enjoy. I gave them 1 star for showing up and doing the work. Don't pay until it's completed, and everything works as intended.

We wanted an estimate on a small job (immediate) and help planning a bigger job in the form of a patio change (future). Jaye did come out and look at the job--which is why I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1--but we never received a bid from him and our follow-up email was ignored. I guess business must be good to ignore potential clients like that!

After some other work on the house, I needed a hole in the exterior wall repaired. My first mason bailed and so I was stuck with a plywood-patched hole. It wasn't a big job, and Mason Man was able to fit me in sooner than expected. The work itself was well done, with an excellent match on both stone and grout. The price was fair, and they also quoted out some other work that I'll have them do in a few months after I get the underlying foundation fixed.

We received bids from six businesses and Jaye from Mason Man made us feel the most confident. His pricing was great and the materials were what we were looking for. He was very professional and detail oriented from the start.
His crew was fantastic and as we had them build a patio, pergola, and borders in the front of the house, they were here for several days. They were so nice to have around and worked efficiently and with care. (We work from home and so saw them the whole time). They left the workspace clean and were very quiet considering.

Scheduled to come out to give me an estimate. I took off of work to meet him...10 minutes before our appointment he called to say he couldn't make it.
We rescheduled as he said he'd make it up to me. This time he didn't even bother calling...he simply did not show up at all.
It's really unfair when you actually take off of work as an hourly employee. Not only did I waste two day but I lost wages but I am no closer to getting work done that I need.
