It’s a local, small business and Steve and Mike did such a great job helping me plan the fog system. They also saved me money by finding a creative way to get water to the system without me having to move the hose faucet. Very clever!

Just anther company that does not keeps is word. they set up an appointment to come give me an estimate. they canceled with me once. then when they did show up. they never sent me an estimate for the job. I text my contact Gary for 18 days. I would suggest finding a different company to call. dont waste your time. if they can not get you an estimate then you need to be concerned on the job they will do if you get one.

I have the Arizona Fog system for 2 seasons now. I am so glade that I chose Arizona Fog. They have been there for me the entire way. The install went well and the maintenance program is worth the price. They came out to repair a leak and for shut down in the fall and for stare up in the spring. Been very satisfied with the product and the service. This season it worked so well it got chilly on the patio. The ambiance on the pool is wonderful. One point for context, Arizona Fog works with Strohman Water and they sell their system for each other. We were pleased with both products they installed in our Casita and we intended to use them when we did the phase 2 remodel of our home this year.
Both companies dropped the ball with service. I had a hard time really engaging Strohman to provide service. Kept passing up appointments with no communication back to me and then when I scheduled an appt with AZ Fog, they also dropped the ball. Rather than making it right when they screwed up the booking, they made excuses and were defensive. I

Spent time to get a quote, but lack of communication made me pause on purchase. I emailed, called 4 times with questions, and no response. I read some of the reviews about poor communication, and it's true so am passing for now. Tough to spend this kind of money and not have good communication, even before purchase.

My name is Kim I have operated a no kill dog rescue in the desert (tonopah) for almost 20 years, i cannot tell you how important keeping pups cool in the awful heat of summer even in indoor/outdoor kennels. A mist system is so important and has made a huge difference in the quality of life for these pups and AZ FOG is such a great company , they are available all the time and realize that it is life and death out here and never have let me down. Arizona Fog Wizards installed my misting system when my house was being landscaped. That was four years ago. Ovr that time, I have needed repairs performed every year as part of system starter. This year, I have contacted Arizona Fog Wizards two times to attempt to get repair for my system and they simply do not return my calls. I think this used to be a very good company, but things seem to have fallen apart in the last year or two. I'll be contacting a different company now to see if they can help me out.

We had them install a misting system on our last home. The installers put a dent in our pergola and didn't even say anything. I happened to notice it and they did fix it at their cost but the fact their employee damaged our property and said nothing is bothersome. If I didn't notice it until later I would have been stuck paying for it.
We moved after only using the misting system for a couple months. We took the system with us. I have sent numerous emails to try to get these guys to install a new system at our new house. Someone did come out and said we needed a completely new pump

got several quotes. I went with Arizona Fog Wizards because their salesman was honest and forthright. As promised, they installed an awesome misting system that literally fills my back yard with fog, often chest high. It's beautiful.
My problem with the company is the outrageous expense to shut down and start up your system, compared with the time and effort it takes their workers. Last fall, they sent a mailer that promised an 18 point shut down protocol that is ignored at great peril to your system. 2 guys with a ladder spent 4 minutes

Steve and his crew are top notch pros at what they do. The house had a system when we purchased it. But it didn't work. They looked at it and gave me the bad new. They installed a whole new system that really make use of our west facing patio practical in the Arizona summer. Recommend them highly. Only regret is that we didn't install the new system sooner.

AZ fog wizards gave me quote and when they came to install the owner sized up the job and decided I needed a bigger pump, no charge! I addition the added more line around the pool to make it look right.
I run construction crews so I know a good crew when I see it!
They did a great job in the heat. Spent time to explain system to me and built a great system!
Kinda hard to find the pool at night but thats way cool. I asked for an extension system and they delivered!
Could not be happier highly recommend!

So the warm weather is here. We still had the original pump on our system and it was getting loud. We also had one misting line that we wanted adjusted. One call to Dana last week at Az Fog Wizards and she had Jose at our home. He adjusted the missing line and looked at the pump. Clearly it was time to update it. That was last week. Jose was out this pm and installed a newer quieter pump in a matter of minutes! After running the new pump for about 12-15 minutes I took a temp check inside the "protected" zone. 14 degree drop inside the misted area vs outside. Job well done (Jose
