I spent a few hours online and asking my fellow Houstonians if they had any recommendations for a garage door repairman. The name that comes up quite frequently that wasn't an advertisement was Southwest Garage Door, so I knew I have to check them out. When I called they informed me that they are insured, a family owned business with 20 years of experience, competitively price and the soonest open slot was 1pm. Before agreeing move forward, I asked for more details on what I should expect since I know I need new hardware along with springs.

I can't say enough good things about Southwest Garage. Customer service is superb. I called to get service for a garage door that kept opening and closing. The staff member I spoke to graciously found same day time to send a tech to my home. When he arrived, he courteously answered questions I asked regarding both my opener and door......and refused to charge a maintenance fee because he said he didn't really perform any work on the door. Who does that today??? I've been a customer of Southwest Garage for at least five years and I have yet to be disappointed!
