This project was slightly challenging as our clients were moving from a larger home and downsizing to their new home. Planning, design and execution were very critical to maximize space while also maintaining an incredible aesthetic appeal. We took a 1-1/2 story home and gutted it to the first floor studs.
I am writing this letter to say thank you. Thank you for building my dream house. You went above and beyond my expectations. You're truly a perfectionist and you can see that in every detail in my home. It was devastating loosing our previous home to Hurricane Sandy but you were so patient and took the time to consider my every need.

The entire TAKK team is outstanding. They added an entirely new bathroom and two closets in order to turn my loft space into a master suite. The entire project looks as if it was always a part of the space. Each detail received professional attention right down to the matching of hardware. I fully recommend Tom and his crew-from the office staff to construction, plumbing, painting, and tiling. Thank you to everyone involved.

These guys are great! I needed a new roof in the middle of the winter. They worked around the weather (snow), worked with my homeowners insurance company to show proof of the installation of the new roof, and it looks great!! I need a lot more improvements done and have no hesitation to continue with TAKK. I feel fortunate that they have time for me. I highly recommend them!!

HIGHLY recommend. I was the designer on a new build in Lavallette that hit smack in the middle of the pandemic. House was due to be complete May 31, 2020. Tom and his dedicated team stopped at nothing to get the project done on-time in a frequently-changing work environment and all the while treated everyone on the team with grace and kindness. They took on every last-minute request with a smile and a can-do attitude and I think in the end turned the house over only a handful of days off-schedule, which is a feat in ANY construction project let alone one happening when the world is upside down

In January of 2019 my husband and I lost our home in a house fire. It was a complete loss. Before TS Sandy hit, my husband and I talked to Tom about adding an addition to our house, but after she dumped 5+ feet of water in our yard, we needed it raised and renovated, too. I think we lucked out when we hired Tom and his crew.

The experience with TAKK Enterprises was exceptional. The workmanship was impecable and the workmen should actually be called craftsmen. Eventhough there were some issues that were unexpected due to a supplier, the situation was corrected quickly and efficiently.
I will need the master bathroom renovated soon and I would not think of going anywhere else but TAKK Enterprises.
