As a landlord, prompt and reasonably priced service is a must. A young man named Tyler showed up for my service call. He is a very professional, courteous guy. Diagnosed the problem quickly and had parts on his van to repair it. They made great efforts to return my earlier calls and billing was simple. Very nice transaction. Would recommended.

Technicians Tyler and Markeese were professionals, polite and efficient. They didn't have the best conditions, weatherwise to work in but they got the job done. They cleaned up daily and were awesome to deal with.

Tyler Rennels showed up on time, was polite, engaging and knew AC/Heat Service. He was efficient, eager to do an excellent job and performed the service of my 3 systems well. Jeremy Davis is a pro at what he does and makes sure his admin service, installation tecs and service tecs know what they are doing. He installed a new system on one of my other houses several years ago and it has worked well. His operation is the best I've used.

Davis has always been so professional, efficient and accommodating! They are very quick to respond and to do the work in a timely manner. Tyler Rennels is always so polite and great with our kids and dogs! Highly recommend his services and anyone on the team. Also, do yourself a favor and use their maintenance program. it's affordable and gets you priority service if something goes wrong!

Tyler Rennels and Markeese Williams were the service technicians who installed a new air filtration system and UV air cleaning system in my home. They were on time and very professional. They explained the instillation process and maintenance schedule throughly. I am very happy with the time and attention given from start to finish. I cannot thank the entire team at Davis Pro Heat & Air starting with Jeremy Davis and Karen, but especially Tyler and Markeese that came out on 9/13/2021 to repair one issue...and then Tyler came back 9/21 to repair another and while there went the extra mile to re-check a number of things to help prevent other issues. Tyler and Markeese did an amazing job of quickly getting us back up and running. We will be getting a new unit next week. They came and installed a new thermostat and also added more freon to get us through until our new unit arrives. They were friendly, professional and right on time. I highly recommend the company, and we will definitely be using Davis Pro in the future.
