They were very professional installing my system. I decided to switch companies since Brinks was not willing to upgrade my system without paying outrageous upgrade fees. On point followed through and provided me with a check to cancel my previous monitoring service. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We had a visit today to have our system removed and installed in my brothers house. (he owns both houses) the 2 men that came were not only professional and knowledgeable but were so super friendly! I was very impressed with their respect for our household as well, as they had to walk into every room of ours to take down equipment. I definitely recommend them for your security needs. I will also say that while having the alarm system for the past few years, it worked very well with no issues of concern.

On point Alarm is an exceptional business! The door bell camera works excellently and I’ve never had any problems! I love the whole entire system and the camera’s work great! I have had other security systems but so far On Point is my favorite! I never have any problems! The people who installed my system were amazing and knowledgeable!

Griffin showed up as a door to door salesman. We had been unhappy with our current security system & he offered to modernize our existing system & add Ring cameras. The cost was a little higher than what we were paying before, but the system & all the parts actually work now!! Lucas, our installer was quick & efficient. We are very happy with the system & the installation.

Yes, this company is comprised of scammers. We were also told our current security is out of business, in fact, bankrupt so we stupidly signed with them THEN called our security and of course, found out this was a huge lie. The two men involved were Kevin and Eric - both very glib and personable - so BEWARE of fast talking salesmen...as we did not. Obviously these people don't care about the bad reviews they are getting and Safe Home Security who they are jobbed out to doesn't either.

An On Point salesman knocked on my door and offered an alarm system and video equipment. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the products and services. I wasn't sure if i wanted such a system but I after thinking about it I went forward with the installation. The technician showed up on time and was also very professional. He showed me how to use the system properly and everything works great. I definitely recommend On Point to protect anyone's home.

Salesman ( not selling anything ) came to our door ( with a no soliciting sign ) telling us our security system was out of date . My husband told him we weren't interested and he continued on . My husband asked for his card and he refused . Then told us we were rude and walked away . Went to another house and called his partner to pick him up . The they drive back to our house to try to resolve the problem and still couldn't tell us they weren't trying to sell us something ! Don't answer the door to these people !

It doesn't surprise me that there are so many negative reviews for On Point. I signed up with them because they were with Safe Security. The contract I signed was with Safe Security with On Point noted as the dealer (the contract also had the wrong amount on it). They called me after 2 months with them and said they needed to come out because I had a faulty sensor. When I asked which one, they didn't know. When the tech showed up, he said he was there because they were changing my monitoring company and he had no idea of the sensor. I told him that I wanted to research the new monitoring

These guys did an awesome job from start to finish! I love all of this new technology and it is super easy to use. They installed a new touch screen keypad and even the new camera doorbell. The Technician came the same day the Sales guy stopped by. On Point even Paid off my old company(ADT). Very Impressive. Thanks again!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Very dishonest. To make the sale, their sales representative offered us a rebate which would make up for the higher prices. Now we're finding that On Point is not standing behind the rebate. I've heard nothing but lies during the few occasions I've been able to reach someone. They are also trying to tell me that they are not responsible for what contractors offer customers. This is not accurate. You can look it up if you don't believe me.

Wow! I love my home automation system that on point installed. The representative Griffin that set us up was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get us a great deal. Giffin was the sale rep that contacted us about OnPoint Security. He was very friendly and easy to work with. Explained everything about the system, easy to talk with and gave us a great deal. Had a Representative in my area that took care of my neighbor. After drawing my curiosity I found out they use the same products as my current alarm company at a fraction of the cost. Was happy with the current system I had but they gave me a few upgraded and lowered my price so I switched. Very happy with the service by the technician and they even gave me a follow up call a few days after to ensure I was happy with everything. I highly recommend looking at your option with them even if your already happy.

Had to call and call for a check to pay off it finally came about 6 months later.
Salesperson Les Lovett said he would be on call and provide better customer service than the last company. Never saw the guy again, lied about a $200 promotional service and after many calls and emails to ALL of the on Point Alarm people they cannot get back to me.
This is my review now. Do not go with this company.

Daniel M. was my technician and he was fantastic! I had my alarm installed a couple months ago and there was a faulty wire that was initially installed. This caused my alarm to randomly go off and set as a false alarm call to the police. Daniel was able to identify the problem immediately and had the issue resolved within minutes. The service was fast and efficient and now I do not have a false alarm going off every day. Thank you!

Service and pricing sounded great. Sales person seemed pretty reasonable. I was ready to go with this service, but my husband told the sales person that he wanted to discuss it with me before agreeing to anything. We agreed to come up with a decision and get back with the gentleman by Monday. After this man left I noticed I had an email of a new hard credit inquiry from this company. I did not know that my credit was being check as we had not even decided to sign up for service. All I can say is these guys set up my monitoring system in my home and the job was done very professionally and clean. So I went ahead and had them do my business as well. Everything done quickly and works great with no false alarms like I had with the last company,so I am pleased. I'll recommend them for all my other business or home owner friends
