We are a local family-owned renovation specialist located in Tampa, FL. Heaven Sent Construction was founded in 2006 by Francisco Diaz. He began as an apprentice in Kitchen/Bath remodeling in 2002 and quickly realized his gifting and natural talents in the industry. As his passion for building grew, clients also began to request him by name.

Francisco Diaz’s company Heaven Sent Construction was recommended to me by a mutual friend and I was looking forward to having my roof completed before having our home tented for termites at the end of September. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed to have his workers show up unannounced at my home instead of calling to let me know they were or the way or actually schedule a time to do the work as agreed on in our email correspondence. Long story short, I recommend any other company as this one is not worth the time.
We were mistakenly convinced by the good reviews and the owner Francisco's friendly demeanor at first, but, none of this is worth the six months we spent in hell with this company! The name is ironic, because they are anything but Heaven Sent.
We were turning an extra 200 sqft room into a miniature studio apartment. It needed a bathroom built, and a kitchen installed. Francisco was friendly at first and provided a fair price. We were told that they only work one job at a time, and they contact you before they come

I engaged Heaven Sent to replace two roofs on a pair of investment properties . They were very competitive and most importantly transparent and honest in the quote , advising of any unforeseen factors that may increase price. In terms of execution Francisco and Team were on point in terms of providing updates. The quality of the work was exceptional as evidenced by the building inspections passing first time and the whole process was super smooth.

If you want care and craftsmanship Fransisco is your man! He refurbished our corporate office and it is amazing? He was always punctual, professional and communicated effectively! He's a perfectionist! We are looking to do some more projects with him! Highly recommend!

Heaven sent construction gets a five star from me, they offered a fair price and got to work in Godspeed. The Thing i liked the most is Frank came out in person and Gave me a detailed explanation of the project and what was included. I like to know details, and i felt very comfortable having this company do my roof. Great company, honest people Great Work!
