Matt and his team were professional, prompt and extremely helpful. I had part of my fireplace removed as part of the renovation and one of the men found the discarded pieces of brick and was able to rebuild the top section for me even though that wasn't part of the job. Then he created a mortar that exactly matches the 17 year old mortar. they cleaned up thoroughly every day before leaving and came back for touch up work promptly. I will definitely use them for my next project.

Matt and staff are awesome! Matt responded quickly with a quote on my friend's "birthday gift" fireplace remodel. As soon as I we were ready with the tiles, he fit us in so quickly. All the workers were amazing! Arrived on time and got the wall down in ONE day and finished the flooring grout on the second day (one hour!). Such clean & detailed work -- And super fast! They know what they are doing!! There was no slacking off. Will for sure use KNOW HOWE TILE again and again (and sadly wished I used them on previous jobs!). Thanks very much Matt & staff! ~ Grace

I was looking for estimates for some tile work and trying to decide whether to do the project at all. I contacted half a dozen companies and told them my situation. Mark responded in a timely manner, asked me some questions to get a better sense of what I wanted, and gave me what I believe was an honest, fair estimate.
(That wasn't the case with other companies that responded. I'm quite wary of the person who had no questions for me about the project and gave me a ridiculously low quote that I think would barely cover the cost of tile let alone labor and installation.)

One less job to do.
I hired this company to redo my caulking and fix some shoddy grout work that needed to be replaced. They get 4 stars because they came within the week to do the job and had an innovative fix for a poorly grouted window by adding trim and using caulking as sealant. Sealant shrank in two places within the two day set time. Taylor came back and fixed the areas that shrank up. I'm pleased with the results now. Thank you for making our space usable again!

Mark did a great job with our laundry room tile. He is trustworthy, professional, and did a stellar job. He even did a few extras to make the room look even better! I will always use him for our future jobs which I am having him work on now! I totally recommend this company.

This is hands down who I will always use when I need tile work done. They have laid tile in my kitchen as well as my 2 bathrooms and it looks great! They were very trustworthy and easy to talk to. They understood perfectly what I was wanting. They spent every minute to make it perfect! I will be calling them in a few months to do some granite. I recommend them to EVERYONE and everyone I have recommended them to has chose them to do work for them and all were amazed and very happy with what was done!
