We had our gas fireplace cleaned and serviced by Tyler who was on time and was personable and friendly. He did a great job making it look sparkling clean. We had a minor issue with the blower and called and a follow up service appointment was set up. Eric (the owner) came personally and remedied the situation. He was a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend them and will use them for both my fireplaces in the future and recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you Eric.

Well this review would be a book. Bottom like do not invest your money with this company. They tried to get an additional 500.00 for hours, while the owner stood in my living room running his business rather than doing any work on my job. Took 4 days longer than he thought and tried to get paid for that time. I did not pay. NOW.... the hearth is warped and lifting off the top and split. The blower after 1.5 years of service stopped working. So I spend 10,000.00 to have a pretty fireplace that produces no heat and now have to hire another company to fix the garbage they sell. I had a gas insert fireplace installed 4 years ago. It worked fine until a leak developed outside in the gas line. It seems they used a flex tub material that is downright dangerous and against code.
I called the business several times and received no response to correct this poorly installed fireplace.
Now i have to have my Heating person redo all the work at $85 per hour otherwise my fireplace is useless.
