We called Wachtel about scale on our magnolia. Their response was prompt and very professional. The treatment program was not cheap but was effective and saved our tree- it looks very happy now! We have used Wachtel for other tree services and we always get very good service. I especially like their customer service and good prompt communication. I recommend them!

I have used another Landscape service in the past. I obtained three quotes for the removal of our 40+ year old seedless ash tree and Wachtl provided the best price and I am beyond pleased with their work. From the moment I met the Alec for an estimate until the crew left after removing our tree the customer service was excellent. They showed up on time, were polite, answered my questions as the tree came down, maintained a safe environment for myself and themselves, cleaned up after and when they were completely finished the area where the tree was and the driveway were cleaner than when they arrived

I really wanted to like Wachtel. Local business, decent reviews, etc. In the summer of 2020, we requested to have someone come look at our 50 foot willow tree. Kyle came to our house after a while (we honestly forgot someone was coming out since it took a while) to look.
Our tree is at the bottom of a hill, and Kyle stood at the top of it and told me it was totally fine. His email follow up stated, "Overall the tree looks healthy to me. It's possible that it's thinner than usual as a result of cold injury from early cold temperatures last fall, followed by a late frost this spring. Willows are

I have a 30' ash tree (no signs of the emerald ash borer thankfully) that was in need of trimming. The day the two ladies showed was about 10° and with wind gusts up to 18 mph. Even though I watched them work I'm still not sure how they were able to do as well as they did. This is the fourth time they have done work for me. There is no other company that I'd rather use.

Older couple with mature trees on all sides of the house The lower branches were close to the house and needed trimming which was way beyond our capabilities. We engaged Wachtel Tree Science to cut and shape the trees. We walked the property with the estimator and consulted on what was needed. Days later we received a detailed quotation which was approved. The work was scheduled and we received advance notification of the arrival date and time. The crew arrived with all the professional equipment needed for the job and did an excellent job. The crew was extremely courteous and professional. They

I had few trees cut down around my house. The crew did a great job and I'm very happy with their work. Cleanup was great. My yard looks way better now than it did before they started. I would definitely recommend the crew.. Jared Reid Tyler and Owen. Also Jean did the estimating and was very helpful answering all my questions throughout. I was nervous finding a company to cut down trees so close to my house but these guys were very professional and couldn't be happier. Price was way lower than the other quotes I got and for the work they did they probably could have charged me more and it would

I have had Wachtel Tree Science treat the mature Ash tree at my parent's home for the last 4 years. The quality of their work speaks for itself. While all the other trees in my parent's neighborhood have succumbed to a slow death, our towering Ash has never looked better! When it comes to professional recommendations, Wachtel Tree Science has consistently earned my respect and praise, and I never need to worry about a job being done well!

Keith, an arborist, came out and looked at our oak trees. Took his time to explain the situation, treatment method, and also answered all of my layman questions. I am clearly not an arborist, but they make this easy to understand and they help you make decisions based on what is correct for the tree. Far too many other supposed arborists have only one answer, cut down the tree. Wachtel was actually interested in showing me how to treat the tree. They showed up for an appointment, showed up for the work on time, did a great job and sent me an invoice. They understand how to treat customers and

I contacted Wachtel in April to look at a possible Emerald Ash Borer problem. I was told someone would look at the tree in June when it was in full bloom. By the end of July when no one had come out, I canceled the appointment fearing that if I didn't get someone else to look at it, it would be too late in the year for any treatment.
