They stole my materials...Bought a large order from company and when placing a second order took over some material left from first project. Company agreed to give me credit for items and took items from me. A month later when my second order came in I was told that they would not be given me credit for Materials that I had handed over to them. I asked them to just return the items and I would do another project with them, since they dint give me credit. I was then told that my items were thrown out and they could not be returned. This place is completely unhelpful..Bought a vinyl railing from them about 18 years ago..Now during construction we broke a few pieces..Called to ask if I could email some pics and get some help that way as we live in Simi Valley and have jobs so we cant make it there during the week, and they are not open on weekends. Have called 3 or 4 times to try and make this happen and each time I call they find another way to shooo me away..Im just trying to repair my railing and give them some business...Evidently they have enough business and have no need for mine...If enough people read this and get

We met Guy from Vinyl Craft at All California Fencing's store in Newbury Park. Very positive and knowledgeable salesperson. We liked their colored vinyl material and decided to try it. The fence we put came up very beautiful.
