I have had my dishwasher fixed twice (separate issues!) by appliance medic and the service was great. Setting up the appointment was easy, they always return your calls. The repair tech showed up on time and was efficient and knowledgeable. I won’t hesitate to call them again for any appliance needs!

The technician who came to our home was Doug. He was the most knowledgeable and professional person I have hired to do anything in a very long time. Our dishwasher had a couple issues that Doug was able to identify and resolve nearly right away. This will be my go to company for all future issues.

18 year old refrigerator that was still in good condition stopped working and I was fortunate to have Doug come out and take a look at it. Refrigerator needed a new compressor which according to all 'experts', it would make more sense to replace the refrigerator. After looking at reviews on the new refrigerators and seeing how expensive and unreliable they can be (not to mention 2-4 week delivery time). I decided to have Doug replace the compressor. Our Microwave went out on a Wednesday. I called for service. April answered and took the model number to check that it was something they would work on and called back to say yes. An appointment was set for Friday. April called Thursday to confirm. April called Friday to say that Doug would arrive in about 10 minutes. The service was performed quickly, competently and at what I think was a low price. I was an electrical engineer 50 years ago before I became a lawyer so I understand how to do these kinds of repairs. In the past, I would have done it myself but after this experience, I'll just call

Would highly recommend Appliance Medic and especially Doug who has twice done repairs for us. From the office, we surprisingly got SAME DAY SERVICE after we called. Doug is very thorough, explains all that needs to be done and the cost BEFORE he starts the job so you have no surprises. He works fast and does not leave any mess when he is done. Definitely give Appliance Medic and Doug more than a 5 star rating.

I have used Appliance Medic twice: Once for a dryer, and once for a dishwasher. I will definitely use them again. Doug was the tech both times. Scheduling was in a timely fashion. Both times I received a call 15 minutes before he was to be there. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing and completing the work.
