Asphalt driveways start to fail when water penetrates the asphalt base. This happens when the driveway pavement surface oxidizes, causing the asphalt to dry and become brittle. Erosion of the top layer of fine particles follows, revealing larger stones and small cracks. If left untreated, the driveway cracks will grow over time, eventually allowing water to penetrate to the base of the pavement.

Our experience working with Budget Paving & Sealcoating was positive from the start. Glenn's communication and willingness to work around our schedule was a welcome change, particularly as we had had a negative experience with another contractor. Budget delivered on their promise, taking care to remove our old, damaged driveway and meticulously paving the new one. Even the clean-up was impressive. We will definitely be recommending them to friends and family and rehiring them in the spring for our sealcoating needs.
