Owner, Tom Kelley, has been involved in the construction industry most of his life. He is the son of an experienced contractor and the youngest of five children. During his childhood years, Tom worked alongside his father in their hometown of Dayton, Ohio. He later graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Custom builders are most often associated with building quality new homes using the homeowner's personal design. However, customized projects can and do reach far beyond that. Thomas W. Kelley Custom Builders, Inc. is a full service construction company. We are here to help you create and complete your own unique design idea so that together, we can make your home or office your very own.
I think what worked best for us is that from beginning to end, we dealt with the people that actually did the work. We did not deal with a salesperson who then had multiple other people, that were unknown to us, doing the work. In addition, they were also receptive to my phone calls anytime of day or evening.

I have known Tom and Amy Kelley for over 20 years and they have never failed to give absolutely professional service and quality for all the projects we have had them do for us.
