They did a great job setting up the appointment. Samantha, the office manager was great to work with. They contacted me about my appointment. The paperwork was very good. Riley, the technician, that did the work was professional and he did a great job cleaning all the gutters. I will definitely hire them again. Great job.

I had purchased a storm door to be installed at my front door & the installation was estimated to be in November. I received a call saying that the installers would be in my area in the next week. I called CNY Roof clean because they are veteran owned business, to see if I could get my house washed before the installation. Samantha was very understanding and scheduled a technician to my house the same day as one happened to be available at that time. The office staff needs to be more responsive. The mysterious "manager" when you need help with paying online never gets on the phone. Be prepared to hold. I don't recommend using the online payment feature. You make the payment, the screen refreshes and you have no idea if the payment went through. So you do the right thing and mail the check to find out the online payment did go through -- so now you totally overpaid the invoice. The guys who do the work are great.

We recently had Andrew from CNY Roof Cleaners clean both our roof and the exterior of our house. We had never done this before and both look great. He also did the sidewalks and also are excellent. His work was very professionally done and communication with the company was timely throughout the process.

Paul Hagar was on time and professional, left the roof and gutters spotless and fixed several problems I had with the gutters. Pictures speak for themselves, I wish I had taken "before" pictures - it was not pretty, a lot of moss and debris and black marks.
